Never again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this phone in March of 2026 and starting July 24th of 2026 I ended up having issues with the device contacted my carrier and was told that there was no issue with service. Contacted the manufacturer due to the device being under warranty still and was told by the manufacturer that I had to send my device in for 2 weeks to have them repair it. This is unacceptable! They should just provide a brand new device considering this one is having issues receiving and making calls with 5G Plus full bars. I will never buy another Samsung device as long as I live! Absolutely unacceptable!

An amazing phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the S 26 Ultra because I like the features of this phone. The camera is amazing, the battery gives me plenty of time between charges; and, the S pen is incredibly useful. I use it for so many things. I write a lot of notes to myself. I design and build things around the house. I use the pen to draw designs, write down measurements and make a list of items that I need to build my designs.
I have bought many S series Ultras. I demand a lot from my phone and they have never let me down. As long as Samsung continues to make this series of phone, I will continue to buy them. You will not be disappointed by this phone.
