Big upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just upgraded from an S23 Ultra to the new S26 Ultra. The new phone has many similar features to the S23 Ultra with some notable new Galaxy AI assistants. The phone has lost its curves edges and the screen is now completely flat. The screen is now considerably brighter but still has the same refresh rate as the S23 Ultra. The camera hasn't changed much but the color science has changed rendering images with, in my opinion, a more natural color space. I'm not sure i would have gone for the new S26 Ultra if my old phone battery was still holding a charge and the screen wasn't cracked. But now that I've had a few days with it, I'm very happy with the upgrade.

The display is incredibly vibrant, making video content look crisp and professional documents easy to read. One of my favorite aspects is Galaxy AI, which has significantly improved my daily productivity. The AI features help me summarize lengthy articles for school research and quickly draft notes during meetings.
​When it comes to entertainment, the battery easily lasts through long streaming sessions without needing a charge. Gaming on this device is also seamless, with zero lag and impressive graphical rendering. It is a highly versatile device that fits perfectly into both my professional and personal life.

Doubts on my phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a galaxy person for over 15 yrs. But this time I'm having doubts. I plug my phone on to my car and use it with android auto. Never had issues with this before. But lately my phone has been freezing and then shutting off. I cant do anything I cant restart or turn off while frozen. It's aggravating since I was driving somewhere and I needed the GPS to direct me. I also couldn't call anyone to come help me either.

Cameras stopped working Samsung MIA

My Brand new 26 ultra cameras stopped working and Samsung wants me to send it to them for two weeks for repairs. I already took it to their repair place and they said it's a defective device and needs replacement. Samsung won't send a replacement and expects me to go weeks without a phone while my son is in the hospital. Will never buy one again.

Awesome product!

Solid Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S26 Ultra is a great upgrade from my S24 Ultra. It's a shame I can't use my S-pen for taking photos and Samsung went back to aluminum frame. But, the S26 Ultra is more efficient with the 5k battery, faster processor, and privacy screen.
I've had the S26 ultra since March 9th, and after everything I said above, I'm glad to have upgraded. Each day, I'm liking the phone more.
The Galaxy AI is solid. Each day it's improving and I'm impressed by it.

Overall great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only gripe and the reason for not giving it 5 stars is because the S pen no longer has Bluetooth capabilities. I loved that feature on my S24 ultra because I could use the Spen to take photos from long distances. Samsung you really dropped the balll on that one! :(
