[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a lot of problems with the Samsung Galaxy s26 Ultra if I try to watch a video it will constantly try to put itself to sleep if I'm not watching a video and just set it down it stays on. Bigsby is a joke. With the galaxy AI I can't register my voice because all It keeps saying is did not recognize. So Bixby just turns on and off randomly but never answers to my voice when I say the wake up phrase. Speak into the microphone and then read what it writes afterwards most of the time is nowhere near what I said. And for having 12 gigs of RAM this thing is slow or it could just be the processor or everything about the phone that makes it slow. And yes I have it switched on to where it's not supposed to turn off or go to sleep while you're watching it a lot of the apps are buggy. I would like to play some games on it but I'm not even going to try because it probably just make it crash way too much for it. So far I've only had a week but I'm not too happy with it it would be nice if this review mattered somehow but I know you guys are just going to look at it shrug it off and start worrying more about your pockets again, and to be honest I should have stuck with my last Galaxy phone too late now.

This phone is awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone (Galaxy S26 Ultra). I use my phone for everything, from streaming music to watching videos. The quality of the sound and video are downright spectacular. I use my SPen for taking quick notes while I'm at work or on the go. If I can't use my SPen then I use "Galaxy AI" to take my notes for me. The S26 Ultra is extremely responsive, faster than the previous models before. I couldn't be happier with my S26 Ultra, I would recommend this phone to anyone.

S26 ultra terrible upgrade

battery on this device is terrible I have had every Galaxy Note switched over to the Samsung Galaxy Ultra. the operating system doesn't work as well. messaging and the way you save the pictures aren't the same. totally upset with this purchase wish I could go back to the s25

For my purposes, no better than my S23 Ultra

Honestly, I see no difference between this and my s23 ultra. I only got this phone because my 23 suffered heat damage & had to be replaced. Whatever hardware upgrades were implemented here arent noticeable in the way I use my phone; Perhaps it will be for others. The pen is actually a downgrade with less functionality. The camera produces the same quality photos as my s23 when taking standard shots. The processor doesnt seem quicker at all. I experience noticeable lag where I didnt with the 23. The screen is the same size no matter what the specs say; this fit into my 23 wallet case with no loss of accessibility to buttons or camera. It's a very light phone & the rounded corners & flat screen are, imo, an improvement. There is no increase of storage space. I thought the battery must be larger bc it seemed to charge more slowly than the 23, but its the same size. Im hopeful that this 26 is as durable as the 23 bc Im a habitual phone-dropper but I have this one in a more protective case so it remains to be seen. Maybe Im just used to the exceptional quality of the galaxy series & thats why this 26 seems mediocre at best. For a flagship phone, much more is expected in ways the average user can notice & appreciate. Still a good phone but def not worth upgrading from a 23. I will survive lol
