Disappointed

This is honestly the worst Samsung phone I have ever used. Android Auto disconnects randomly from my car causing music to pause, the screen goes black and restarts. It's slow to start on my vehicle anyways. After multiple troubleshooting, resets, updates, and reinstalled app; the problem is still there. Videos and the screen randomly freezes up. Got the S26 Ultra in March and it's been replaced twice already. The Bluetooth was bad in the first one and Samsung wanted my phone sent to them, I would've been without my phone for approximately 2 weeks. Hate the big camera bump on the back, have to make sure it's in proper position to charge wirelessly. Google messaging is awful. The screen doesn’t turn on when a message is received, so I have to physically turn the screen on to see what type of notification I just got. Not to mention all notifications are the same sound. If I want texting notification to be different, I have to change everyone individually. I don't know whether to downgrade or get something different at this point. Battery runs down quickly at times. My issue with the camera is the color. For instance, I took a picture on a gray item and it looked tan. My night picture came out pretty good, other than the gray looking purplish. Phone seems durable, but again I am on my 3rd one in 4 months.

Love the upgrade

The camera is awsome. Great features, clear photos and good zoom. The display is big and has vivid colors. Love the new privacy feature and it out performs all the other phones I have!

Missing feathers

I traded up from the s25 ultra to the s26 ultra and was very disappointed that there were some features missing. What happened to Samsung messages? And the S pen is no longer Bluetooth! And the one that upset me the most was the Samsung themes. They only show up on the home page. I purchased a lot of them on my previous phones and I'm disappointed I can't use them on this one. Other that that, I love the phone.

I miss my S24 Ultra

I've used samsung phones for over 15 years and this one is my least favorite. Many of the personalization features are gone. Battery life is good and camera works well but I have to reset my device multiple times per day for my text or email to come through. Constantly updating my apps because it does not do it automatically. Wish I could return it for my S24 :(

Unexpected huge disappointment

It seems like I may be one of the few people who can’t adapt to the latest Samsung display changes. I’ve tried what I believe are all the available settings and adjustments (all privacy settings kept turned off) , but this screen consistently causes headaches, eye strain, and even dizziness with extended use.
I’ve been using Samsung phones for years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced anything like this. Unfortunately, it makes the device unusable for me.
Since I already shipped my trade-in device, my old phone is gone and I am left with an unusable device, which I’ll now have to try to sell and look elsewhere for a replacement.
I’m very disappointed with Samsung’s “improvements,” as this experience has been a major step back for me compared to previous devices

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched up from a Galaxy S22 and to be complete honest. I was absolutely blown away from the camera quality to Galaxy AI that goes with this. I used to run out of memory constantly. I was deleting things and now I have so much memory that I still forget. Sometimes that the new phone that I have is built to last and to help me in every day, things not just to make phone calls text. But the Galaxy AI helps me to figure out things. Then I wouldn't normally have thought that I would ask but
I'm so happy for this upgrade, and I'm glad that I chose to pick this model. Thank you
