[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, the S26 Ultra has been the best phone I've ever had. It is easy to operate, and the sleek design contributes to the overall functionality. Using the Galaxy AI as a voice assistant allows me to set reminders, alarms and perform other necessary tasks. To me, the S26 Ultra scores a perfect 100 out of 100!

Phone keeps crashing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this phone a few weeks ago and it keeps crashing multiple times a day. I expected better from a more expensive phone. The phone also came bloated with a lot of apps that I didn't want so I needed to remove them.
Many of those apps were apps designed around AI which is a trend I hope dies off soon, include Galaxy AI. AI IS Nowhere mature enough to be useful and takes up A LOT of your phone's memory.
This is the main reason I gave it three stars. Otherwise it is a nice phone, but my last phone was 6 years old too, which is ancient in phone years.

This phone is a lovely,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is a beast. I use the A.I. on this all the time writing, spell check, I use the circle to erase in my photos. The camera and videos are amazing. Its much faster than my old phone. This was the best upgrade I've ever had. I love this phone I keep it up to date when they come to my phone. I would recommend this phone to my friends and family. I love the different colors. I have the blue one it's so pretty.

This phone is so much better
