[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Samsung soundbars for years and always loved the quality. I recently decided to upgrade to a Samsung HW-Q990H because my current soundbar was a few years old and I liked the idea of having rear speakers and the 11.1.4 Surround sound. It was the best decision I have made recently. The quality is just unmatched! Watching action movies you can feel the roar and it puts your right in the middle of the scene. The clarity is just amazing as you can hear whispers coming from behind you and it makes me wonder how much dialog have I missed in some of my favorite movies before.
The soundbar itself is pretty large so make sure you have a good mount or plenty of shelf space for it. The rear speakers are wireless except for power and make sure you pick up a universal speaker stand or a wall mount for them.
Overall if you are in the market for a high end soundbar, This is the way to go!
I would recommend this to a friend!
