It needs update installs don't know how to do it

Thank you for taking a moment to review the HW-Q800H Samsung Soundbar.
Updating the firmware on your soundbar gives you all the benefits of the latest improvements. When the Soundbar is connected to the Internet, Auto Update allows software to update automatically even when the Soundbar is turned off. You can also update by using the SmartThings app.
If not connected to the internet, you can download it onto a USB device, and then upload it to your soundbar - no wireless connection required. Connect the USB drive that contains the update firmware to the SERVICE port of the Soundbar.
1.Go to the Samsung Electronics website (www.samsung.com) → click on the “Support” option in the upper left corner.
2.Click on “Manuals & Software” from the pop-up list > TVs & Home Theater > Home Theater > Select your model
2. Download the firmware file (USB type).
3. Unzip the file to create a folder with the file name.
4. Store the created folder in a USB and then connect it to the Soundbar.
5. A sequence of “UPDATE” > “BYE” > “ON” will appear on the display 3 times. This will take around 6 minutes.
- During update, do not turn it off or remove the USB.
- If “UPDATE” does not appear on the display window, remove the power cord from the Soundbar and then reconnect it.
- When the latest version is installed, no update is performed.
- Depending on the USB type, update may not be supported.
6. After the 3 cycles are complete, the Soundbar will restart and last source used will appear on the display for about 20 seconds and then it will go off (“UPDATE” > “BYE” > “ON”) 3 times “D.IN” > off

Excellent Sound Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very impressed with this soundbar. The sound is clear, powerful, and well balanced. The bass from the subwoofer is deep without overpowering the dialogue, and movies and music both sound amazing. Setup was quick and easy, and it works seamlessly with my Samsung TV. Overall, it's an excellent product and I would definitely recommend it.

I'm not too tech savvy but the set up and connection was easy even for me. Clear sound immerses me into any movie i watch as if i were in my own personal movie theatre and when i throw a party its like being in a concert for me. The sounds responds perfectly to everything i test it for. Best purchases I've mqde in years. I love how easy it it to customize and calibrate my sounds exactly how i want em. I'd recommend this product to everyone. And the price is honestly a steal. Dont miss out and grab one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally was able to get a Soundbar that matches my Samsung 65" TV. Worth the price! I can hear it loud and clear and the bass? Awesome! I love it. I stay home to watch a movie now rather than the Theater! It's that great! Easy to connect and calibration was already set great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned a Samsung sound system way back in 2009, which I received as part of a TV sales promotion. It wasn't bad, but was far from being able to compete against big names like Harman Kardon, Klipsch, Bose, Denon, etc. So I was skeptical when this Q-Series soundbar was recommended to me by a friend to complement my Samsung TV. But this thing sounds freaking great!! Samsung has made huge strides in their speaker quality over the past couple decades.
The bass booms from the woofer, but stays crisp. The soundbar is crystal clear, with pleasant mids and treble without any sibilance or tininess. And even when I blast the volume, there is very minimal distortion. The soundbar and woofer combo truly sound like a 5.1 channelsurround sound system. Highly recommend!!

Amazing sound bar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound bar is very modern looking with the sleek black look. The quality of the sound is great for the pice of the product. The bass will shake your house and make you feel like you are in a movie theater. Some people have told me it sounds better than some movie theaters they have been to. The ability to connect to your tv via wifi, and Bluetooth so you dont have a lot of wires to have to figure out how your going to hide. The calibration of the speakers to your preferred preference is easy with preference programed modes or custom is great! The clarity of the sound is also very professional in every manner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 25 year old home theatre setup with this soundbar, and it sounds as good.
Stereo separation is not the same as my old system, but OK on the soundbar.

The Q800H was very easy to setup.
I connected to a Samsung TV with an HDMI cable.

Sound quality is very good. i especially like Active voice amplification for mush-mouth TV broadcasts. listen music and watch TV with Q-Symphony on.
The wireless subwoofer sounds good when you bump up the volume. I tested it with a music streamer, with songs I know have a lot of bass.
Warning: don't enable "Moderate Bass". It disables the subwoofer. Had to do lots of web searches to learn that. Maybe the option should be "Use Subwoofer" instead of "Moderate Bass".

Use the 'Samsung Sound' app instead of the provided remote. The app seems easier than the remote to get things done.
