[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve really enjoyed the sound quality of this speaker. The bass is strong and powerful, and the audio stays clear even at higher volumes. I listened to different types of music including pop, electronic, and acoustic songs, and everything sounded rich and balanced. It fills the apartment with sound much better than I expected. I also really like the design. It looks modern, clean, and premium without being too flashy. The Alexa feature is useful for voice commands and music playback, and setup was easy. My only complaint is that it cannot be added to an Alexa multi-room speaker group with other Alexa speakers. If it had that feature, it would be nearly perfect for me.

Powerful small speaker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The speaker is powerful for its size. Sound is super clear and very easy to set up. It does not take much space and easily moved to be used in other areas. It looks very well built and great quality. I would buy this again or even a larger version of it. It also looks great and blends in so it doesn't look out of place. When I turn on my TV, the speaker comes on automatically which is convenient. The sound is crisp and clear. I have watched TV shows, movies and listened to music with the sound quality being crisp and clear for all of them. I have had sound bars in the past and this one has been the best so far. Moving it to a different area in the house is also easy because it only needs to be plugged into an outlet. I also used it outside on my patio for music and it works great as well.

Amazing Sound in Compact Portable Form

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Music Studio 7 is an excellent addition to the Samsung speaker family that delivers a sophisticated audio experience. I ended up purchasing two speakers and after using them for a few weeks in various rooms and environments, I can say the performance is nothing short of incredible.
The True 3.1.1 Ch Sound creates a remarkably wide range for the speaker. These speakers are truly immersive on all sides, and I love the granular control where you can actually adjust the sound levels for the front, sides, and top-firing drivers independently. The SpaceFit Sound Pro technology also does a great job adjusting to the room. Since this speaker is very portable, I have been able to test it in every room in our house and the outside patio.
Setting up the speakers through the Samsung Sound App was a breeze, it recognized them instantly. As I mentioned, I ended up getting a second unit, and pairing them for a stereo setup was seamless.
One of the features I was really excited about was pairing the Music Studio 7 speakers with my Samsung Q910 Soundbar. I have been having some troubles with that integration, but still working on it.
If you are looking for high-fidelity 3D Audio in a compact and portable speaker, I haven’t seen anything better on the market. The sound is immersive and powerful, and I couldn’t be more please with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this next to my bed in a corner to help reflect - and the sound fills the room. It has deep punchy bass and high clarity. It is easy to connect to with both iPhone and Android and I have it set in a group to play at the same time as my Music Frames. It also plays clearly when volume is low to play lullabys to help my son sleep. Highly recommend!

Powerful Atmos “soundbar” disguised as a speaker
on May 28, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked up the Music Studio 7 (HW‑LS70H) as a compact Atmos solution for a mixed Samsung ecosystem (Galaxy XR, Galaxy Book, Galaxy phone, Samsung TV), and it’s better than I expected in both sound quality and integration. The 3.1.1 setup throws a surprisingly wide, tall soundstage in a New York apartment living room, with clear dialogue, convincing Atmos height effects, and more low-end weight than you’d think from the form factor. Q‑Symphony with a recent Samsung TV works exactly as advertised: the TV and speaker coordinate rather than fight each other, which makes sports and movies feel noticeably fuller at the same volume level.
On Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth it’s been stable so far, with essentially no dropouts on Wi‑Fi 7 and quick switching between TV, phone, and laptop sources. Setup through the SmartThings app was straightforward, and once it’s configured, daily use is mostly hands-off—power, volume, and source switching all behave predictably from the TV remote and the app. The only downsides so far are price and the usual Samsung-ecosystem bias: you get the most out of this speaker paired with a Samsung TV and phone, and I would have liked a bit more granular tuning in the app for advanced users. Overall, if you’re already in the Samsung ecosystem and want Atmos and Q‑Symphony without a giant traditional soundbar, this is a very strong option.
