Replaced two older televisions . . . bought a 38' Roku for the living room and a 40" Roku for the bedroom.
Love having only ONE remote control instead of three. Previously, one operated the TV, and another the sound bar, while the third was for the Roku stick.
The new Roku televisions have lovely built-in sound systems; extra sound bar not necessary!
The clarity of the picture is exceptional, seems almost 3-D, depending on the program. Doesn't require any 'adjustment' ~~
The remote(s) are quite intuitive, easy enough for non-techies to finesse!!
These are indeed the easiest units to set-up, just plug in, connect to wi-fi via password, and choose
options. I had a tech friend standing by to help, but was able to unbox and install both TVs myself.
Quite an empowering feeling!!
Roku seems to build one of the best new televisions on the market, with more simplicity and less
command intensity than my previous models (Toshiba and Panasonic).
The two smaller tvs replaced quite large ones, without any loss of viewing ease.

Most frustrating TV

Originally had the Full HD in 12/24. Had problems with the streaming within 10 days. Exchanged it, almost immediately the same problem. Consistent buffering, eventually freezing. Every time rewind or fast forward. Have YouTube live TV. Watching any live streaming, constantly lost the shows. Have to go to Roku home, then get back to YouTube. Miss the beginning of it but losing the ending was frustrating. Tried every suggestion nothing worked. My Internet is no problem. I don't even know how good the picture or sound is because I'm constantly playing this game. I have the sticks for my other TV's, they're great. Never any problems. So here I am, going to buy another Roku stick for my Roku TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If You Use Roku, a Roku TV is Great
on May 22, 2025

We stream all our TVs with Roku. So, when one of the TVs died, I started shopping. The Roku TV was a perfect. Why? It starts Roku from the beginning. The TV has a great picture and two good speakers. And, well, it was on sale. I didn't have a Roku TV before; I was pleasantly surprised how good it is.

Roku is terrific

We have purchased and use 5 Roku TVs. We pretty much stream everything, except live news, we watch on TV. Roku is clearly the best streaming device available. We started with the Roku stick and, over time, replaced our TVs; donating the originals to refugee resettlement organizations. Our only albeit small complaint is we now need to use two remotes when watching live programs, one for Roku to turn it on, set volume, etc. and the other for the channel. While I know the cable remote can be programmed for Roku, calling the cable provider is never quick or easy. Perhaps Roku could provide those instructions. Other than that, we can not recommend Roku more highly.
