I LOVE that there’s no subscription fees, the video is great and the AI is impressive. I was able to watch from the comfort of my home my kids basketball games while one was recovering from surgery. It is also a great tool for coaches or parents to watch the footage back, which helps the child grow in that sport a lot more.

Good but not great

The purchase process was smooth, and I received the product on time. I have been using it to capture youth basketball games and have observed a few areas for improvement:
Tracking: While the tracking is generally okay, it loses track of the ball every few minutes, requiring manual correction with the remote.
Zoom: The zoom functionality is not smooth and doesn't zoom in when it should.
Remote Control: While the remote has separate buttons, it is inconvenient to use them as I have to switch modes during the game. This takes time and is not ideal. I would prefer to have the ability to steer/rotate the camera and tag highlights using separate buttons without switching modes.
Score Updating: It is inconvenient to use both the phone and the remote during the game. It would be great to have the functionality to update the score on the control or have all functionalities accessible on the phone.
Player Tracking: I tried tracking a specific player based on their number, but it didn't work well. I will try again, but my initial attempt was not successful.
Editing: The basic edit functionality to trim the video for highlights works well. However, I wish there were more features to enhance the video, such as adding an opening with the team names and the date.
I hope this feedback is helpful, and I look forward to any improvements or updates you may have in the future.

It does take some working with it. It will track to the side sometimes. For the most part it’s a good investment

chameleon gives me a clear view of the game situation, and I can better analyze my kid's performance when reviewing the video.

The chameleon is more accurate than the gimbal. I have both. I use it for soccer game and, training exercise Chameleon by far has better tracking accuracy.
