We understand how disappointing it is to carefully clean the surface after every meal and still see marks remaining.
For best results, allow the cooktop to cool completely before cleaning and use a cleaner specifically recommended for your cooktop surface. Apply the appropriate cooktop cream cleaner with a non-abrasive cleaning pad, following the product instructions. For stubborn marks, allowing the cleaner to sit for the recommended amount of time before wiping can help loosen residue. Avoid abrasive powders, scouring pads, or harsh cleaners that could damage the surface.
If the marks remain after proper cleaning, they may be discoloration or surface damage rather than removable residue. We recommend having the surface evaluated if you believe the marks are not normal wear or are appearing despite following the recommended cleaning procedure.
