Great phone and even greater care+ service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying the phone. Very much. Powerful processor and capable local AI functions that are nicely integrated. The screen is amazing and I really like the security feature. Very useful in flights and for password entering.
Unfortunately I cracked the back glass, while it was inside the Samsung original hard cover. I recommend a soft cover with enough protection. Solid hard covered only transfer the shock down to the glass, they don't absorb it.
However, I could easily fix it within 6 hours after filing the claim and going to a Samsung authorized repair shop. They replaced it with original part and even the water proof and warranty is intact. I highly recommend getting Samsung care+ upfront.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my Galaxy s26 ultra for all type of things. I mostly use it for taking pictures and videos at 8K. And some occasions I play games with my phone and browse the web on the phone is very fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping for a bigger battery. The processor isn't much faster than the s25 ultra. Basically the same in my opinion. Ai is the same also. Hope the s27 has a bigger battery and a much faster processor. Camera also about the same.

Samsung has not let me down

The new S26 Ultra, coupled with the Galaxy AI, is the very best and has made it a must-have phone that has contributed to my overall productivity. I can only hope Samsung continues to be a trailblazer as I do not see myself using anything else.
