[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery is terrible; it drains very quickly and overheats significantly with the updates. It is one of the worst Galaxy phones I have ever owned.

Good phone, needs improvements
on April 9, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra for a while now. I'm still learning all the features, because there are many. While I like the idea of the Galaxy AI being able to do a lot, especially with pics, it definitely needs improvements. It's pretty good at removing certain background images, but sometimes it's very obvious something was once there. Dark mode is not that good. It does not work. It will darken some things, but the home screen stays brightly colored. I had to put a blank black image on the home and lock screens to replace the dark mode for those since it does nothing for them. Privacy mode does not work well with dark mode on. If you are going to use it, shut off dark mode. If dark mode is on, the screen because very washed out. If dark mode is off, with privacy on, the colors become light, with blacks becoming grey. I just don't use it because of that. It has one feature that's helpful though, it can be activated for individual apps when they are used, and shut off when they aren't being used. The phone is much faster than my old s22 ultra, but the screen is not as bright or crisp. The battery has been good so far, but only because I still use my s22 ultra for many apps. I'm fairly certain that it would drain fast if I accessed all my apps on this phone. I do love that the phone does not get hot.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra: Refined Performance
on April 9, 2026
Posted by: ElMelozoo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra represents a masterclass in iterative perfection, prioritizing meaningful utility over radical design shifts. Its most compelling upgrade is the integrated Privacy Display, which uses hardware-level tech to shield your on-screen data from prying eyes at the touch of a button. Performance is pushed to the limit by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, which finally pairs with a long-awaited jump to 60W fast charging and a wider f/1.4 aperture for superior low-light photography. While the aesthetic remains familiar, the combination of raw power, improved charging speeds, and a brighter 6.9-inch display makes it the most capable and private flagship available today.

Galaxy S26 Ultra: The Ultimate Family Powerhouse
on April 9, 2026
Posted by: RShort
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since its release in 2026, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra has redefined how I document my family's life. It is more than a phone; it is a production studio and personal assistant in my pocket. Galaxy AI: Your Proactive Partner The new Galaxy AI suite makes everything effortless. Now Nudge intelligently suggests actions, like surfacing the Gallery when someone asks for trip photos. With Photo Assist, I can edit shots using natural language—I just ask to change the lighting or remove objects, and the AI handles the rest. Pro-Grade Memories The camera system is a total game-changer. The f/1.4 aperture ensures crisp shots of the kids even in dim rooms. The Super Steady horizontal lock is incredible for chasing them through the park, providing professional-level stability. Streaming and Speed The 6.9-inch display and Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 make streaming a dream. The Privacy Display keeps my screen private in public, while 60W charging ensures I am always ready for the next memory. The Verdict The S26 Ultra is thinner, lighter, and smarter. If you love streaming and want the best AI camera for family history, this is the phone to get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S26 Ultra feels like the first phone where everything just works at a high level. It’s not trying to win in just one category—it’s trying to be the best at everything, and it actually comes close.

This phone charges so FAST!
on April 9, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Galaxy S26 Ultra since launch, and it’s a relief to see Samsung finally stepped up where it counts. I had serious reservations going in, mostly because they seemed to be recycling the same battery specs for years, but those worries were for nothing. The battery life is fantastic. I’m not just getting through the day; I’m doing it without that low-battery anxiety that usually kicks in by dinner. When I do need to plug in, it charges so fast it’s almost startling. It’s nice to see them finally prioritize efficiency rather than sticking to the status quo. What really ties the experience together is the AI integration. It feels like the phone is actually working with me rather than just being a tool. It manages background processes so well that I can keep a dozen apps open at once, jumping between them without a hint of lag. That intelligence extends to the ecosystem, too. Pairing with my laptop, tablet, and TVs is dead simple and feels totally streamlined. The display is easily the best hardware feature. The refresh rate is so high that navigating feels liquid. I also have to mention the privacy screen. Since I’m on public transportation a lot, I used to be self-conscious about people looking over my shoulder. Now, I feel a lot more comfortable. It’s a feature I didn’t know I needed until I had it. Overall, it’s a fast, smooth, and surprisingly private device. If you’ve been on the fence because of the battery history, they finally fixed it.
