Super responsive but not without faults

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I've been buying Samsung phones for a long time, i love the s26 ultra. It's super fast but the screen has issues. The privacy display causes the screen to have a fuzzy look. There's tons of us out there that have no use for the privacy screen, we would rather have good quality vs a feature like that. I also wish the spen was on the right side like the older notes. And I wish Samsung would offer less high quality megapixel camera. There's no reason in the bump being this big. I miss the old note phones they were super slim and had small camera bumps.

Hi there Brandonjr36, thank you for your feedback on your Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. We are happy to hear that you are overall pleased with the usage of your device, and we would love nothing more than to help you best customize your device for the best possible experience. For the privacy display the Maximum Privacy protection mode is designed to enhance privacy effects more than the standard Privacy mode. In this mode, pixel operation control is used to strengthen privacy effects, which may cause slight color changes or a blurry appearance on the screen. While this increases privacy protection, it may also make the screen appear somewhat hazy. If you find this uncomfortable, we recommend using the standard Privacy mode, or we have provided a link to the complete manual to help you disable this feature if it does not align with your preferences. We also recommend protective cases on all devices to help ensure your device is secure from accidental bumps and drops that can happen. This has the added benefit of helping minimize the appearance of the camera lenses and get the feel you are seeking with your device. We have provided a link to the Samsung Support Team if you have questions about available accessories, or you have questions about your device during usage. We appreciate you being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth Product Manuals https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/ Samsung Support smsng.us/Samsung-Support Samsung Community smsng.us/Samsung-Community Facebook smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger X https://smsng.us/X-Messages

S26 ultra too expensive and no Bluetooth on stylus pen, instead of moving forward with new technology, it's going backwards. It's a shame

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who has owned every galaxy flagship, I have to say the S26 Ultra is the best galaxy yet! It's so light and comfortable to hold and easily the smoothest experience I've had. There's nothing the phone can't handle and with all the new Galaxy AI features there's alot of fun to be had! The battery now lasts longer which is amazing and speaks volumes for the phone!

The best phone of the year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S26 Ultra is easily the best phone I've ever used. The privacy screen is one of the best features of this with no annoying glass cover on the screen or anything like that. In the AI age I have to say galaxy AI is integrated so well that it doesn't feel out of place or clunky, it just works and only when you want it. Fantastic phone.

The product did not hold a charge/defective
on March 7, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst experience with Samsung! I always have had a positive experience, except on this purchase. The phone lasted me less than 24hrs. I charged it overnight and it only charged to 70 percent, in less than 2 hrs the battery was down to 20 percent. The whole time the phone is overheating, hot to the touch. I called to get the issue resolved, worst options given to solve issue/ nothing was resolved. Returned item. The phone is so expensive, not worth the headache.

I expected more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a lot of good things to say about the phone. The battery life (and charging speed), the performance, the improved speakers, etc... But I can't help but to dwell on where it falls short. The display is clearly worse than previous iterations. Not only it's noticeably dimmer (even when privacy display is off), but it looks looks pixelated; I noticed it as soon as I turned on the phone when reading text. The fact that Samsung flagship still doesn't have built in magnets for magsafe is baffling; and they also created a technology (Qi 2.2) that practically blocks all case manufacturers from having a case that allows your phone to reach the advertised 25w magsafe charging speed consistently.

Display causes eye strain, dizziness and naseous

The S26 ultra causes eye strain, dizziness and nauseousness. I have had Samsun my whole life and recently the S24 Ultra for two years and have had no issues, I also have perfect vision. The display on the S26ultra is not well made or changed to cause these health issues, I am using the same settings and have adjusted setting and nothing resolves the issue. Like many on social media and Samsung forums, I will be returning the phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
