Good phone, depends on what you use it for.

Overall a minor upgrade from the S25 Ultra. Love the display with actual business cases such as financial applications or work applications make it more secure in the physical sense. Camera is great, can see minor differences between the S25 to S26. Would like to see in the next generation S27 Ultra to emphasize the display for privacy being more modular and maintaining the color profile without cutting too much resolution. Battery life is okay, nothing too much to see other than the bump in wireless charging if you pay for a new wireless charger that supports that kind of wattage. Fast and snappy as usual, I'm a bit of a snob keeping apps in the background so use cases will depend on how you have your workflow with apps and background services such as vpns, google enterprise work profiles, and carrier services. I am very impressed with the actual design with the phone but would prefer a bluetooth option for the S pen. If I'm paying a premium I want features that make sense and want the bluetooth back, you engineer things, make it happen, thin and unique for the S pen and you will definitely sell me. Don't personally care about if the phone is either made of aluminum or titanium, I buy a case anyways. However I would like to see more variation in the colors for the phones themselves, I want them to pop! Give me a blue, or a red, or hell maybe an orange! It can be done! AI is a mixed bag, I see the potential but its definitely playing too safe with what can be done.

Samsung phones are amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my forth Samsung phone and I'm really happy that I don't need to add another layer of screen protector to have privacy. Although it sometimes makes my vision weird but It worth it. It's AI features are really helpful specially when English is not your first language and need to record voices to get the subtitle :) overall I'm really excited to see more future features.

I want to love it but....

With its new "Privacy Display" and the agentic AI features of One UI 8.5, it promises the future. However, after using it as my daily driver, that future feels more like a frustrating trip back to the era of laggy hardware and software glitches.
Performance: The "Ultra" Lag
For a phone at its price point, you expect instant response. Instead, I’ve encountered consistent technical bottlenecks:
The App Opening Struggle: There is a noticeable "buffering" period when tapping on everyday apps like Instagram or even the Camera. The icon pulses, the screen hangs, and you’re left wondering if the phone even registered your touch.
Complete Freezes: It isn’t just slow; it’s prone to total lockups. I’ve had several instances where the UI becomes completely unresponsive mid-scroll, forcing me to wait nearly 30 seconds for the system to catch up.
The "Play Protect" Bug: Many users, myself included, have hit a bizarre "Device not Play Protect certified" error out of the box, which prevents banking apps from opening at all.
The Restart Loop
The most disappointing part of the S26 Ultra experience is the constant need to restart. To clear the "ghost in the machine" that causes the stuttering, I find myself rebooting the device at least twice a day.
The Problem: Even after a fresh restart, the fluidity only lasts for an hour or two before the sluggishness returns. It feels like a deep software optim

Great Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new galaxy AI is a power house anything u can imagine is at the tip of ur fingers with a photo of a what ur looking for or a word Galaxy AI can find it or even help you whether it's a home repair or a school project this thing is amazing. The phone is super thin and light weight I've been using Samsung phones since the note 1 and the evolution has never ceased to amaze me and with the new Samsung processor this phone is super fast and can handle anything u throw at it.
