Good hardware, frustrating software
on March 14, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The s26 ultra is a capable phone, especially in the US market where more advanced hardware is unavailable. The interface is snappy, the screen is excellent, and the build quality is sturdy. I use the phone across business and personal activities, and it switches between the apps well.
Unfortunately, the software and industry's incessant push for all things AI (Galaxy AI in this case) mars a clean slate. From the moment of setup, the offers of "help" never end, like a sugar-addled preschooler who can't stay out of the kitchen. Transitioning from a Google Pixel has also been a challenge, as the ghost of Gemini also vies for attention. Meanwhile, simple instructions you could actually expect a 5 year old to help with, such as "call grandma", present insurmountable challenges.

Great phone with amazing privacy features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really happy with this Samsung phone. It looks great, feels premium, and works very smoothly every day. I use it for work, watching videos, browsing, and staying connected, and it has been fast and reliable for everything I need. One of the things I like the most is Galaxy AI. It makes the phone feel more advanced and helpful in everyday use. I’m also really impressed with the new privacy features. They make me feel more secure and comfortable when using my phone for personal things, and that gives me a lot of confidence. The screen is beautiful, the performance is excellent, and the overall experience has been amazing. Samsung really did a great job with this device. I’m honestly very satisfied and enjoying it a lot.

Great cameras, fantastic privacy screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra for a little while now and overall I’m really impressed. The phone feels super fast and the screen is amazing as usual with Samsung’s Ultra models. Everything from scrolling to switching between apps feels really smooth. One of the coolest parts is Samsung Galaxy AI. Some of the AI features actually feel useful instead of just gimmicks. I’ve used the photo editing tools to remove objects from pictures and it works surprisingly well. The translation and search features are also nice when browsing or messaging. The camera is another highlight. Photos look really sharp and the zoom is still one of the best on any phone. Night photos also come out clearer than my previous phone. Battery life has been solid for me, easily lasting a full day with normal use. The phone is big and a little heavy, but that’s pretty normal for the Ultra series. Overall, if you like big phones with great cameras and want to try some of the new AI features, the S26 Ultra is definitely worth it. It feels like a powerful phone that will stay relevant for a few years

S26 Ultra phone
on March 14, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the S24 Ultra & thought I wouldn't upgrade until the 26 was announced with the privacy display. With the new tech & understanding how to implement it into my life, it's a great upgrade for me. Screen upgrade & camera upgrade are genuinely a positive compared to the 2 year old tech used from then. Still sad about not having the Bluetooth pen but my galaxy watch is a good enough supplement for photo taking.

Pretty Much Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part I'm PLESENTLY surprised how well I like the function and screen of this phone, but I have to put this out there for you guys, I understand that your trying to offer a "slim" line but I really don't want my phone thinner, lighter, or more rounded. The shape of the S25 was, in my opinion the perfect amount of rounded. I do like the edge radius that was added though. Please consider making an ULTRA + and thicken it back up, and return that weight that adds a premium solid feel and focus more on the phone sitting flat when laid on its back! Yall don't need to change your software any, I think that's a HOME RUN!!! I hope you at least consider these things Ive mentioned, for now I'm still a "Happy Samsung Customer"!;)

Premium quality, and surpasses expections.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Grumpy Old man, and I cannot find one complaint. Right out of the box I wanted to put Galaxy AI to the test. I asked Galaxy AI to take an old grainy photo of our kitten's face (zoomed in from a much larger photo) and create a lock screen photo with it. The result blew me away. The clarity was as if it was the original image.
