S26 Ultra is Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ​The Galaxy S26 Ultra has completely changed how I manage my daily routine, from the job site to the couch. This device is a beast when it comes to gaming; I’ve been playing Black Ops 7 on it, and the custom Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 handles the graphics effortlessly without the phone ever getting hot, thanks to that improved vapor chamber.
​For work, the integration of Galaxy AI is a total lifesaver. I use the "Note Assist" feature constantly to summarize long industry reports and "Circle to Search" to identify technical parts in the field. The new Privacy Display is also a standout—it’s great knowing my screen is obscured from prying eyes when I'm reviewing sensitive documents in public.
​When I finally clock out, the 6.9-inch AMOLED screen is incredible for streaming movies or watching sports. The colors are vivid, and it gets bright enough to use even in direct Colorado sunlight. Whether I'm using the S Pen to edit photos with the new Photo Assist or recording ultra-stable 4K video using Horizon Lock, this phone handles it all. If you want a device that excels at both productivity and entertainment, the S26 Ultra is the clear winner.

Smooth, Fast, and Refined

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra to the S26 Ultra, and the difference feels noticeable right away. The phone looks beautiful, feels lighter in hand, and overall more comfortable to use daily. Apps open faster, animations feel smoother, and the device feels much snappier and more responsive. I also noticed the battery charges quicker and lasts longer than my S24 Ultra, even though both have 5,000 mAh batteries. The privacy screen also makes me feel more comfortable using it in public.

Love the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size of the phone, and the zoom features of the pictures went from 30 for 100. I was able to zoom in to Jupiter really well. My next thing to learn about is the Galaxy AI features. I'm really excited about how to use it. So far I'm too stuck on looking at drama and playing games and traits beautiful sunset pictures. I love this phone!!!

Hardly any difference from S24 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Three days in with the S26 Ultra and I’m impressed… mostly. The screen is ridiculous (in a good way), the speakers are loud, and the cameras are fun to play with. Galaxy AI has been surprisingly handy—especially the photo editing tools and the text assist stuff.
But yeah, it’s not flawless. The phone is heavier than I expected, and the curved edges still make it a bit slippery. The camera sometimes struggles in low indoor lighting, and the phone warms up when pushing it with games or long camera sessions. Also, some AI features feel like they need a couple more updates to really shine.
Still, it’s a beast of a phone and feels super premium. Just not a perfect one.

Completely disappointed!

I TRIED THE SAMSUNG GALAXY S26 ULTRA TO TRADE IN MY S24 ULTRA AND I SENT THE S26 ULTRA BACK! ONE OF THE REASONS WAS GOOGLE MESSAGES WAS THE ONLY OPTION ON THERE, WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ACCEPT THAT! I CAN SEE ON A GOOGLE PIXEL PHONE, BUT THESE ARE SAMSUNG PHONES! I DOWNLOADED AN APK FOR SAMSUNG MESSAGES, BUT NOW YOU HAVE THIS PERMANENT MESSAGE THAT IT IS GOING AWAY IN JULY! I WANT THAT MESSAGE GONE TOO!
THE NEW GALAXY S26 ULTRA WAS SOOOO DISSAPOINTING! 
- GOOGLE MESSAGES WAS THE ONLY OPTION
- THE S-PEN IS CURVED WITH THE CORNER OF THE PHONE SO YOU HAVE TO LOOK WHICH WAY YOU ARE PUTTING IT BACK IN,  I USE MY SPEN ALL THE TIME AND IF ITS AT NIGHT I DONT WANT TO BE STRUGGLING TO FIGURE OUT WHICH WAY ITS FACING!
- IT OVERHEATED WHEN I WAS SETTING IT UP
- THEY WHEN BACK TO ALUMINUM INSTEAD OF TITANIUM LIKE THE S24 ULTRA HAS!
SO I AM STICKING WITH THE S24 ULTRA, I WANT THE MESSAGE ABOUT SAMSUNG MESSAGES GONE AND I WANT THE OPTION TO KEEP SAMSUNG MESSAGES!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The privacy display has stopped "over my shoulder" glances from those who want to see what I'm doing on my phone. The AI features have made routine tasks so much easier by having them work in the background, reducing the amount of time I have to spend with my eyes on my screen. Also, the way you can use AI to edit pictures makes it so much fun to take pics of my friends and send them my creations. Hands down the most advanced, fast and entertaining phone I've owned to date. Would 1000% recommend.

The product did not hold a charge/defective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst experience with Samsung! I always have had a positive experience, except on this purchase. The phone lasted me less than 24hrs. I charged it overnight and it only charged to 70 percent, in less than 2 hrs the battery was down to 20 percent. The whole time the phone is overheating, hot to the touch. I called to get the issue resolved, worst options given to solve issue/ nothing was resolved. Returned item. The phone is so expensive, not worth the headache.
