Samsung galaxy S26 ultra 1TB black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a loyalist who has been with the S series since the very first Galaxy S in 2010, you’ve seen the evolution from plastic buttons and 4-inch screens to the titanium powerhouse that is the Galaxy S26 Ultra.
Being in Cupertino—essentially the "backyard" of the competition—carrying the S26 Ultra is a statement. Here is a review tailored to your perspective as a long-term fan and local resident.
📱 The "Cupertino" Field Test
Living in the heart of Silicon Valley, you’re likely surrounded by iPhones. The S26 Ultra remains the ultimate "rebel" device, but this year it feels more refined than ever.
Connectivity: The S26 Ultra’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 handles the local 5G infrastructure (like T-Mobile’s 5G Advanced or AT&T’s 5G+) with ease. Whether you’re grabbing a coffee at Main Street Cupertino or walking through Stevens Creek County Park, the signal hand-offs are seamless.
Privacy in Public: The standout feature for a commuter is the Built-in Privacy Display. If you’re at a local cafe or on a shuttle, the screen uses "pixel-level privacy" to dim for anyone looking from an angle. It's built into the panel itself, so you don't need those plastic screen protectors anymore.
📸 The Camera: Seeing the Valley Differently
For someone who has used every S-series camera from the original 5MP sensor to now, the 200MP Main Sensor with the new f/1.4 aperture is a massive leap.
Low Light: The wider aperture (jumping from f/1.7 on previous models) means it pulls in significantly more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Samsung flagship series from 2020, and they are always the best. Reliable, best camera. In the last two years, the AI features have been super helpful for pictures and texts.

Perfect Upgrade
on March 7, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the s22+ before and it was a great phone but I needed more storage so I upgraded to the ultra. I'm loving the phone and I think it'll be a great companion for the next 4-5 years. I'm enjoying taking motion photos in the 50 mp size. Using the privacy screen for my banking apps and entering passwords as a new extra layer of security. The privacy display isn't perfect and I hope they continue to make improvements on this technology. I do enjoy the more rounded feel of the phone making it more similar to the other phones in the S series line up. The only thing I'm not happy with this year's model is the spen it's so thin I honestly feel like I'm going to break it. I also am not thrilled that they removed support for samsung messages and now I'm force to use Google messages but I think I'll get used to it over time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitating to buy s 26 ultra because I have the s 25 ultra but I was surprised by this product. Ever time I get a new phone I always buy a privacy screen protector but now I don't have to worry about one.

Better Than My Previous Notes And Ultras
on March 7, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my sky blue S26 Ultra, which replaces my S25 Ultra. The privacy screen had eliminated my need to purchase 3rd party methods this year.
I enjoy the Galaxy AI even better this year that puts Bixby closer to Gemini, I might stick with Bixby as the primary this go round.
I use my device as my daily driver for everything...banking, navigation, connecting to myChevrolet in my vehicle. It's definitely what I've been waiting on, now I can use my Z Fold7 as a supplemental device...Samsung Galaxy Tab S "Mini".
The ONLY thing I really miss is the S-Pen being on the right side of the phone facing... because I'm right handed and always find it to be a slight chore navigating to the left side of the phone to pop it out.
Overall, another step in the right direction for Team Samsung!!! I can't overstate the privacy screen.... it's AWESOME, so much better than the always shattering screens I've purchased for the same capability. Also, because it's baked in now, I don't lose the anti-glare feature.
Now, if only I could use DeX via my S26 Ultra to pair with my Samsung Galaxy Book so I can bypass Windows 11.
