Love the new S26 Ultra and S Pen

Amazing device with AI that boosts productivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've honestly been loving my Galaxy S26 Ultra. It's easily become my go-to device for pretty much everything. The Galaxy AI features have been a game changer for me, especially with work. I've used it to throw together flyers on the fly, clean up PowerPoint presentations, rewrite documents, summarize notes, and help organize my thoughts when I'm juggling a million things at once. It's kind of wild having that much capability right in your pocket.
The screen is gorgeous, battery life has been solid, performance is crazy fast, and the S Pen is still one of those features I didn't think I'd use as much as I do. Once you have it, it's hard to go back.
That said, I have to be honest about the one thing that's been disappointing... the camera. It's definitely not bad, but coming from the S25 Ultra, I actually think the older phone produced better looking photos. The image quality seemed a bit sharper and more natural, and the autofocus on the S26 Ultra feels slower sometimes, especially when trying to catch pets, kids, or anything moving around. I keep hoping a software update can improve it because the hardware is obviously there.
Overall, this phone has made my day-to-day life easier and more productive thanks to Galaxy AI, and I really do love using it. Fix the camera processing and autofocus, and this thing would be an easy 5 stars for me.

Didn't expect not to like it

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra

And the extra amenities that comes with the phone makes it worth the update. And the AI is so advanced on this phone. I love it.

Phone crashed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered and received my phone in April. I really enjoyed my phone and the upgrades such as the privacy screen and Galaxy AI.
The phone was working great until last week when it crashed. The phone would no longer turn on. The motherboard needs to be replaced, Luckily it is still under warranty.
I have been a Samsung customer for years and have had wonderful experiences with my phones. It was surprising that my phone crashed after 2 months.
Other than this I love my new phone. Love the options to customize the phone using AI, and the ease of use.
