[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love Galaxy AI it makes things easier for information. Phone is easy to navigate and camera has great quality. I've been a Samsung user for years and this is the best yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy AI was about the same as my s24 ultra.
I TRIED THE SAMSUNG GALAXY S26 ULTRA TO TRADE IN MY S24 ULTRA AND I SENT THE S26 ULTRA BACK! ONE OF THE REASONS WAS GOOGLE MESSAGES WAS THE ONLY OPTION ON THERE, WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ACCEPT THAT! I CAN SEE ON A GOOGLE PIXEL PHONE, BUT THESE ARE SAMSUNG PHONES! I DOWNLOADED AN APK FOR SAMSUNG MESSAGES, BUT NOW YOU HAVE THIS PERMANENT MESSAGE THAT IT IS GOING AWAY IN JULY! I WANT THAT MESSAGE GONE TOO!
THE NEW GALAXY S26 ULTRA WAS SOOOO DISSAPOINTING!
- GOOGLE MESSAGES WAS THE ONLY OPTION
- THE S-PEN IS CURVED WITH THE CORNER OF THE PHONE SO YOU HAVE TO LOOK WHICH WAY YOU ARE PUTTING IT BACK IN, I USE MY SPEN ALL THE TIME AND IF ITS AT NIGHT I DONT WANT TO BE STRUGGLING TO FIGURE OUT WHICH WAY ITS FACING!
- IT OVERHEATED WHEN I WAS SETTING IT UP
- THEY WHEN BACK TO ALUMINUM INSTEAD OF TITANIUM LIKE THE S24 ULTRA HAS!

Hello Meisha, thank you for taking time out of your day to provide feedback on your Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. We know upgrading to a new device can come with a learning curve for the changes, and cause frustration along the way. We have provided a link to an article to help you troubleshoot the temperature of your device at your convenience. The transition from Titanium to Armor Aluminum for the device to help provide a more lightweight feel in your hand, while providing durability as well. We have also provided a link to the complete manual to help you with the changes to the messaging app and other software on your device. Lastly, we have provided a link to the Samsung Support Team to assist you any time you have questions about your device. We appreciate you being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very interesting device very reliable especially the speed of processing the orders and data due to unique process
Display great especially screen protector feature
Good battery but I believe if the capacity increases would be perfect
I noticed that I feel some hotness when I worked long time
I don't used all the Ai features but when I asked for something I found that feature present in my device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use an S26 Ultra, and honestly, it's excellent for delivery work. It's fast, reliable, and has enough battery life for long shifts.
If you can invest in one, it's a very solid work tool.
