Big Upgrade!

Galaxy AI seems to have some promise based on my initial impressions.

Power, Performance, and a Stunning Display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is one of the most impressive smartphones I have used. Samsung clearly focused on refining performance, display quality, and camera capabilities to create a device that excels in both productivity and entertainment.
The display is outstanding. It is extremely bright, sharp, and smooth, making everything from browsing the web to watching high-resolution video look incredible. Colors are vibrant without being overwhelming, and the large screen makes multitasking comfortable and efficient.
Performance is another area where the device truly shines. Apps open quickly, switching between tasks is seamless, and the phone handles demanding applications without slowing down. Whether for gaming, streaming, or everyday use, the experience remains consistently fast and responsive.
The camera system is also excellent. Photos come out detailed and balanced with strong dynamic range. The zoom capabilities allow distant subjects to remain clear, and low-light photography performs very well with minimal noise. Great upgrade from S23 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally decided to upgrade my beloved S23 Ultra, and after seeing the S26 Ultra features and specs, took the plunge.
Between the upgraded hardware, emphasis on Galaxy AI features, and my experience with Samsung quality, it was an easy decision. There will always be the next best thing, but this has been a fantastic upgrade in every way.
Coming from the S23 Ultra, this phone, at first, feels massive, but if you put the phones next to each other, they are nearly the same size. The weight difference is noticeable, and the S26 is very easy to hold with one hand.
The screen is gorgeous and bright, and while I am not yet using the privacy screen feature, I can see a use when in public. Sound from the speakers is loud and clear.
Performance-wise, the S26 Ultra blows my S23 Ultra out of the water. Start-up is quick, and apps are noticeably faster when opening and running.
All in all, I am very pleased with my upgrade, and would highly recommend for anyone with and older Galaxy phone.
