[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been struggling with my Galaxy S21 Ultra. Just upgraded to the S26 ultra. I'm interested to see how the Galaxy Ai helps my day-to-day life
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra for a few weeks now, and honestly it’s one of those phones that just works without giving me headaches. First off, the screen is absolutely stunning — super bright, crazy sharp, and perfect whether I’m out in the sun or watching videos in bed. Scrolling feels silky smooth and everything looks vibrant without feeling oversaturated. Performance is excellent too. I’ve thrown all kinds of apps and games at it and haven’t seen a single hiccup. Multitasking feels effortless, and the battery life has been better than I expected — easily gets me through a full day of heavy use (and then some if I’m taking it easy). The camera is a legit highlight. Daytime shots are crisp and detailed, low-light photos are surprisingly good, and the zoom on this thing is wild — you can practically read street signs from a block away. I’ve taken some pics that look like I used a legit camera, not a phone. If there’s a downside, it’s probably that it’s a bit pricey and huge, so not the best fit if you want something compact. But if you’re into big screens and flagship performance, it’s hard to beat.
Overall: solid, powerful, gorgeous — a flagship that delivers on what it promises.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy AI feature helps me navigate through my phone making it easier. I use AI to my pictures that i take and as well as for my research. The samsung galaxy s26 ultra is perfect for my daily routine. The battery lasts long, i have plenty of storage, it has the privacy screen for when im around others on the go. So far everything works well and its easy to use and understand.
My phone will not charge above 70% and android auto will not work, have contacted support to help they don't have a solution. This phone is very expensive don't waste your money!

Response from Samsung USBy R&R Team, April 6, 2026
Hi there Jc112, thank you for sharing your experience of your Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra with us. We understand how frustrating it is when you have a new device that is not operating as intended or expected. We have provided a link to a troubleshooting guide to help you with the charging of your device. For the experience you mention with Android Auto beginning with One UI 7.0 a setting with the USB connection has been in place that may be restricting or blocking the connection with your car. We recommend adjust the settings for this in your settings app with the following path Settings > Security and privacy > More security settings > Block USB connections while locked (Default: On). We have also provided a link to the Samsung Support Team and your warranty information to assist you further if this experience continues. We appreciate you being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth Galaxy phone or tablet is not staying on or charging https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001407/ Samsung Support smsng.us/Samsung-Support Samsung Community smsng.us/Samsung-Community Facebook smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger X https://smsng.us/X-Messages Samsung Warranty smsng.us/Warranty-Info
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung continuously delivers the greatest features and devices flawlessly. The privacy screen blows my mind and work exactly as you should expect. I prefer the improved spen size and sleakness, the tiny nub isn't the annoyance I read it would be. The back and frame feel a lot more solid than my s24 ultra. The camera zoom stabilization is absolutely insane. Pictures taken of the moon look like they're taken from an actual telescope. The buttons on the side seem more firm and responsive than previous generations. Gemini Galaxy AI even seems better and more responsive. I love these phones and will continue getting the latest ones as they come out for as long as I can keep up with them.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am just getting to know my new phone, but so far I love it. The Galaxy AI feature is a great addition, and I am loving the extra long battery life. I am excited to use the great camera.
