Bad Screen eye fatigue Disappointing value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to like this phone, but overall it feels more like a step backward than a real upgrade.
The display is the biggest disappointment. On a flagship phone, the screen should be one of its strongest features because people look at it for hours every day. Comfort, color quality, and eye safety should not be secondary concerns. The display is reportedly not true 10-bit, and user complaints about headaches, eye strain, PWM sensitivity, and visual discomfort are hard to justify at this price. Even if only some users are clearly affected, that does not mean the issue is harmless. Others may simply feel subtle fatigue without realizing the display is the cause. Samsung is supposed to lead in display technology, yet some competitors, including cheaper phones, seem to do more for long-term screen comfort.
Samsung also keeps removing useful features while charging premium prices. Losing the headphone jack and microSD slot was already frustrating for users who value practicality. Now removing Bluetooth functionality from the S Pen feels like another downgrade, especially since it worked well as a camera remote and for app controls.
Starting at 256GB also feels restrictive for an Ultra phone aimed at power users. High-quality video fills storage quickly, and expandable storage should still be an option on a device marketed around advanced cameras.
The glass back may look premium, but it is fragile, slippery, and more likely to crack. Battery progress also feels underwhelming.

I love this phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I pre-ordered this device because I decided it was about time, before this I was using Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and there were some sacrifices made in picture quality and screen contrast.
When I received Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, I was pleasantly surprised! It felt so much lighter and it had stylus! Because it was lighter, I was afraid I'd be dropping it, it would just slide off my hand, but by comparison, it doesn't fall nearly as much as S24 Ultra.
I love the camera capabilities and the pictures look so good! I even started experimenting with creator mode, in which I was totally disinterested before.
I love the screen privacy setting, and my daughter not so much 🙂. I still only have the original clear case that was free with the phone when I pre-ordered, and it works great. No scratches too the screen, and I do not use any additional screen protectors.
As far as Samsung AI, I'm not sure exactly what it is, but I seem to be using AI and it's features more so than ever before.
The only thing that I wish I had a day in is the messenger app, this phone came with Google message and I feel I lost some features of the original message app, specially there "blocked messages" that one could still review in the blocked messages folder.
All in all, I am glad I upgraded, I really do love this phone.

Wow, I can't believe I waited this long!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this Galaxy phone is blowing my mind. The AI technology is amazing. The call screening and call blocking makes it worth the purchase immediately. On my old s22 I was getting up to 10 spam voicemails a day and dozens of calls a day and now they are all being caught by the AI technology. This is saving me hours a year and wasted time it is so appreciated. The only downside I have found in the last two days is that the stylist is no longer Bluetooth and doesn't allow me to take pictures like I used to of groups and be included. Thank you so much Samsung for all these updated features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a long time Samsung customer and recently purchased this phone as an upgrade from my Samsung s23 Ultra, which in itself is a beautiful phone, probably the best Samsung ever made. I never had any problems with it, other than the weight of it. It hurt to part with, but after three years, it was time to move on. I traded in that phone to get a discount on this one. I'm very satisfied with how this phone is built. It has the durability I've come to expect, plus it performs well. It's a lot lighter weight-wise than my s23 Ultra, so that's a plus. I like the rounded corners in comparison to the boxy square ones that were prevalent on the Note/s22, 23 & 24 Ultras. Camera is okay but not necessarily an improvement over what I had. Phone calls come in crisp and clear, unless there's a problem on the other caller's end. The big attraction regarding this phone is the built in privacy screen, which is a good idea, however, when it's on, the viewing screen for the user doesn't appear to be as clear. Battery life is about average, but not any different (or better) than previous Ultras I've owned. Seems like Samsung has used the same battery (5000 mAh) in its Ultras for a while. Some improvement on that would be appreciated. However, it does charge really quickly. Don't really care that much about the Galaxy AI features, because I seldom use it but it does come in handy when tweaking photos. Huge camera bump, no Bluetooth in SPen and the elimination of Samsung Messages is a minus.

I love my Samsung Galaxy S26 ultra !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the camera features and the clarity of the photos/videos. I like using the Galaxy AI because it makes things so much easier and you can learn different things from it, even though it may not always be correct. I really love the storage capacity for this device series. The speaker has great sound and the loudness volume is the best for any phone I've ever owned. The screen display and user interface is awesome! This phone has so many features, I'm still figuring it out and finding new things to use or work with. The stylus option makes signing documents online fantastic and so much easier, there's multiple things you can use the stylus for as well. If this phone ever got broken, lost or stolen I would definitely be heartbroken, that's how much I love it. Thank you, Samsung!

The best galaxy yet!

. One of my favorite additions was the privacy display, it cuts out having to buy a privacy glass. Galaxy ai is amazing it helps me with all day to day activities and makes life so much better!

The many features and quality of my S26 Ultra is by far absolutely impressive some just don't understand the unbeatable quality of this device and can't understand what they're missing.
