A Powerhouse That Keeps Up With Me
on June 20, 2026
Posted by: Chosenwun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. My phone is basically my office, planner, camera, content studio, and entertainment device all in one, so I need something that can keep up. This phone does exactly that.
The display is gorgeous and makes everything look sharp and vibrant. Whether I'm creating content, watching videos, reading, taking notes, or working on my business, everything feels smooth and responsive. The camera quality is amazing too. Pictures come out clear, detailed, and true to life, and I find myself reaching for my phone more often than my other devices.
One feature I've really enjoyed is Galaxy AI. It's not just a flashy feature that sounds good on paper. I actually use it, and it helps make everyday tasks easier and more efficient. It's become one of those tools that naturally fits into my workflow.
Battery life has been excellent for me. I spend a lot of time multitasking between apps, researching, creating graphics, responding to messages, and managing projects, and the Galaxy S26 Ultra handles it all without missing a beat.
What I appreciate most is that Samsung created a device that feels powerful without being complicated. It helps me stay productive, creative, and organized throughout the day. The Galaxy S26 Ultra has

It feels premium more than the S25 Ultra,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let's start talking about the previous S series that were doing perfect.. especially the S24 ULTRA which felt the peak of what a smartphone could be. Now it feels like companies are just trying to add those extra layers to reach "Absolute perfection" and ofc sacrificing some things (eg: Bluetooth in S PEN, Titanium frame...)
• The main marketing hook this year is the privacy screen.. and we can say that the screen technologies are a Samsung thing.. From a sales prescriptive the feature is a massive selling point and some customers are buying specifically for that feature.. But for me I don't even use it unless I customise it for PINs, Passwords...etc. Since it's a trade-off (slight brightness, less quality).. I really prefer to have them more than the privacy feature.
The main focus of Unpacked 2026 was the expansion of Galaxy AI capabilities. Some features genuinely surprised me, including new AI agents capable of answering calls from unknown numbers on your behalf, talking with the caller, and making decisions dynamically. Another standout feature is prompt-based generative editing, which allows you to edit photos using simple natural-language commands. I tested this by asking the phone to change the color of my shirt — and it did it perfectly.

This product is fast and smarter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have the twenty five ultra from samsung. And when the twenty six ultra from samsung first came out, I tested it, and then I realized with all the a I power that's on it.Everything from google to doing schoolwork is so much faster. Just things i never noticed on the 15 ultra was a big different from just being a year older. Pictures come out better, and i realized it at itself up to have a "mode" for when I'm at work so it's blocks all messages and calls.

Galaxy S26 Ultra
on June 20, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm learning about AI, Galaxy AI in particular, and my new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is my teacher, classroom, chalkboard, writing instrument, etc. It does it all.
I've owned it a month and I'm still uncovering features I didn't know existed.
My older Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G sold me on Galaxy products. I didn't even know what I didn't know. This phone is more than a phone. It's a workhorse. I never imagined how much I would use the stylus. It was, I think, the least attractive feature on my old Note20 Ultra. But it became one of my most used tools. And
I've never seen apps load so fast! It's amazing!
Best phone I've ever owned.

Bad Screen eye fatigue Disappointing value
on June 20, 2026
Posted by: Serge1
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to like this phone, but overall it feels more like a step backward than a real upgrade.
The display is the biggest disappointment. On a flagship phone, the screen should be one of its strongest features because people look at it for hours every day. Comfort, color quality, and eye safety should not be secondary concerns. The display is reportedly not true 10-bit, and user complaints about headaches, eye strain, PWM sensitivity, and visual discomfort are hard to justify at this price. Even if only some users are clearly affected, that does not mean the issue is harmless. Others may simply feel subtle fatigue without realizing the display is the cause. Samsung is supposed to lead in display technology, yet some competitors, including cheaper phones, seem to do more for long-term screen comfort.
Samsung also keeps removing useful features while charging premium prices. Losing the headphone jack and microSD slot was already frustrating for users who value practicality. Now removing Bluetooth functionality from the S Pen feels like another downgrade, especially since it worked well as a camera remote and for app controls.
Starting at 256GB also feels restrictive for an Ultra phone aimed at power users. High-quality video fills storage quickly, and expandable storage should still be an option on a device marketed around advanced cameras.
The glass back may look premium, but it is fragile, slippery, and more likely to crack. Battery progress also feels underwhelming.
