Hi Samsung,
I’m a long-time, loyal Samsung fan who just spent almost $1,500 of my own money on the new Galaxy S26 Ultra after upgrading from a reliable S23+. This was a major purchase for me, and while I recognize that the hardware is otherwise fantastic—with a brilliant display, great battery life, and amazing camera capabilities—the performance bugs and missing accessories are making it hard to enjoy.
When the device works normally, it's clearly a high-caliber phone, but I am facing severe glitches that make it unusable:
* Complete Freeze: Just an hour ago, the phone froze completely and refused to turn on or respond for a full hour.
* Display & Wi-Fi Glitches: The screen constantly freezes during basic use, and it regularly drops Wi-Fi connections even when standing directly next to the router.
* No Charging Cable: On top of these software issues, I was shocked to find that a $1,500 flagship phone didn't even include a charging cable in the box.
I love the Galaxy series, but for a brand-new $1,500 flagship, this level of instability is unacceptable. I need this resolved immediately through a software fix, a replacement device, or a refund.

The fact that I can switch from one app to the other with such quickness makes it an easy pick for me. I love that the battery is also long-lasting and it helps get me through my day regardless of how much gaming, browsing, or the amount of social media I scroll through on a daily basis.This is the reason why I chose to pick Samsung again and again without a second thought.

The screen is gorgeous, the camera takes amazing pictures, and I love how fast and responsive it is. It has so many great features, and I’m still discovering new things I can do with it. This phone has definitely impressed me, and I’m very happy with it!

I love taking pictures and videos with this phone. The entire phone was the best chose I made. I love it. Its fast and easy to use and learn to use.

I love the galaxy phones !

I chose the galaxy z fold 8 as my first z series phone I cant wait to try it out. I will always have a galaxy phone , watches tablets ect .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. I have been a loyal Samsung fan boy for quite sometime. The reason being I always get the powerful features I want without the sacrifice. Its a well built phone that looks beautiful.
My phone is an extension of me. I use it for almost everything. I use it for work, play and almost everything i used to do on a PC. I push my phone hard on a daily basis. Between research and gaming im always making my phone perform heavy-duty.
