[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone all day at work in my auto shop to check customers in, review scans for faults, and inspections. The quality of the camera with its better low light quality really helps in those dark spots under a car. The galaxy AI refinement makes the photos look better for when I send to customers. The ability to use the sound eraser feature in videos is fantastic because I can isolate my voice and not all the background.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phone transfer was not smooth. Had to attempt twice. Once completed, it was still missing several apps Home screen did not populate from my last phone and had to manually add my apps. Then phone seems to freeze often. Annoying and unwanted search bar defaults to yahoo.com and cannot be disabled and cannot figure out to switch it to Google. Pages take longer to load and sometimes do not load at all. I've had to reboot several times in less than a week. Samsung please help!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still getting to know the newest features on this phone, including what I believe is improved galaxyAI. Battery life is great screen is wonderful. The change in weight is very noticeable and I'm much enjoyed improvement to the feel in my hand for a large phone. Substantially, better overall than the phone, it replaced the pixel 10 pro xl. I wonder what this phone would be like without all of the background "Galaxy Al" running on this phone? It definitely does not seem to affect the phone peppiness, speed or responsiveness… this thing is blazing fast
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a 4 year old S22 Ultra and the new S26 Ultra is a powerhouse. Galaxy AI is everywhere in your phone ensuring that your life gets easier. Navigating all new features will take me a minute but I am really excited for them
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great phone that checks all of the boxes, plus more I didn't even know I wanted. The option to process some AI tasks on the device directly is an excellent option. The Galaxy AI relies heavily on allowing a lot of data-related permissions, so I didn't opt into those yet. The transition from my old device was painless thanks to Smart Switch. I would recommend this phone to anyone who needs the basic, but also robust advanced features like Pro Photo, Creative Studio, or live streaming.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "As a dedicated Samsung user since the Galaxy Note 3, I have personally witnessed the remarkable evolution of the Galaxy ecosystem over the last thirteen years. After transitioning to the new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, I can confidently state that this device represents the absolute pinnacle of mobile engineering. The leap in technology from my earlier Note devices to this current flagship is extraordinary. The Snapdragon 8 Elite processor provides a level of fluid performance that meets my high standards for both professional multitasking and high-end gaming. Furthermore, the integration of the S-Pen on this expansive 6.9-inch display remains the gold standard for productivity. Writing this on a particularly rainy afternoon here in South Florida, I am also reminded of how much I value the rugged reliability and IP68 water resistance that Samsung has perfected over the years. Whether it's the groundbreaking 200MP camera system or the stunning clarity of the screen, the S26 Ultra proves that Samsung continues to lead the industry. For anyone who has followed the Note or Ultra legacy as long as I have, this is the upgrade you have been waiting for. It is a testament to Samsung's commitment to long-term excellence."
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it. It's my first ever ultra device and we'll it's awesome. The Galaxy AI is awesome too. However I think I'd much rather some extra battery life then the pen However the pen is a nice feature as well.
