I like it! There are pluses and minuses, though...

I recently purchased this phone as an upgrade from my Samsung s23 Ultra, which in itself is a beautiful phone, probably the best Samsung ever made. I never had any problems with it. It hurt to part with it, but after three years, it was time to move on. I traded in that phone to get a discount on this one.
I'm very satisfied with how this phone is built. It has the durability I've come to expect, plus it performs well. It's a lot lighter weight-wise than my s23 Ultra, so that's a plus. I like the rounded corners in comparison to the boxy square ones that were prevalent on the Note/s22, 23 & 24 Ultras. Camera is great and the display is stunning as always. Phone calls come in crisp and clear, unless there's a problem on the other caller's end. The big attraction regarding this phone is the built in privacy screen, which is a plus but I wish it was just a little bit darker. Prying eyes can still see the screen lit up. Lol. Battery life is about average, not any different (or better) than previous Ultras I've owned. Don't really care about the Galaxy AI features, because I seldom use it.
I took off one star for a number of reasons: I'm getting a little tired of the design of the oversized camera/photo lenses in the back. They were already huge and with them on that mini platform, it protrudes even more. Add the lens protectors on top and that's added bulk. The phone already wobbles because of the size of the camera lenses, the lense protectors make it even worse. Maybe in future models they will consider making the lenses a bit smaller and flatter so the phone can lie a little more flush on a surface. I also wasn't aware that the 16 GB RAM was only available with the 1TB model. I brought the 512 GB model, expecting it. Also the issue of the bluetooth not being connected with the SPen is a definite minus. I guess having the privacy screen was the trade off. However, this phone is still a good purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy s26 ultra is super fast. I thought the games i played lagged until I got this new phone and now nothing lags at all. Love the detailed, sharp, crisp screen. Galaxy AI is good too. Can't go wrong with this phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the camera on the Galaxy S26 Ultra. The 200MP camera combined with AI editing tools makes photos look professional with almost no effort. The Nightphography and AI photo assist features are perfect for low-light pictures.The AI tools like Now Brief and Now Nudge are incredibly useful. My phone reminds me about events, messages, and tasks automatically. It really feels like having a personal assistant in your pocket

New standard for phones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is pretty much what you would expect from a new Samsung line. I only keep purchasing Samsung phones because of there pre order promotion they run every year gives you a good deal and generally good support... When they understand English.
The display is a great additive I'm expect for the new night time camera fix since my s24u was garbage past dawn.
I wish Samsung would add better magsafe capabilities and move the camera lense to allow for more usage with magsafe cases

The Galaxy AI is so intuitive that it speeds up tasks to mere seconds for what used to take several minutes.
Creative Studio is amazing. Photo editing is so easy to use and AI generated images make beautiful photos even better.
Speaking of beautiful photos, the cameras are out of this world exceptional.
The Galaxy Ecosystem with my new S26 Ultra, Buds 4 Pro and my Galaxy Book just make my life better and easier.
