[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had a Samsung Phone since the S22+ but found my way back around to their line up with the release of the S26. So far, in my brief ownership, I have found this phone to be exceptional in many ways.
I'll start with saying that the screen is sharp, crisp and buttery smooth swiping in and out of apps. The UI is fairly well thought out and packed full of features to let you mold the phone to be how you want it to be. The size of the phone is perfect for me, I believe the 6.9" screen is the sweet spot between not too small and not too big.
This is my first phone with embedded AI features such as Galaxy AI and I have to say there are a lot of nifty features that come along with it. One such feature is the AI generated wall papers and photos!
Another AI feature I like is with the S Pen and it's AI select ability, that comes in handy for my workplace. The one downfall that is also the reason why I dropped one star is the removal of Bluetooth on the S Pen, it was a feature that I had read about from previous generations of phones and I was sad to find out after trying everything to take a selfie with the S Pen button that it was a removed feature.
I'm not sure when AOD as introduced but it is a feature I am glad Samsung adopted. Having maps or music display on the lock screen is fantastic, which another thing I like is the music tab under the utilities bar, it's nice to be able to swipe down and press play last song without having to physically launch the music app!

The new privacy display is really nice in crowded areas and the new Galaxy AI picture edit, etc have been nice so far. I've not had the phone long, but so far everything is working very smoothly with the device. Overall happy with the purchase. I just hope to see the pen Bluetooth clicker capability come back, and maybe the magsafe built into the phone rather than the cases.

I consider this my camera that also has phone and text capabilities. My plan is to become more proficient in AI especially where the photo editing comes in. This weekend will be the first adventure with my new phone and I am so looking forward to it.

Camera was amazing, the design was phenomenal, and the UI/UX spectacular. But somehow the S26 Ultra exceeds all the aspects I have mentioned. Love the updated camera for nighttime usage, as well as the sleek function of the privacy screen. In addition, how can I not mention the advanced Galaxy AI that has been improved and incorporated in this phone. From easy interface to quick and efficient solutions. Literally all I need is the S26 Ultra! Overall, I am so satisfied with this purchase! Looking forward to what's new to come already from Samsung!
