It has great features but the ai is ridiculous

Decent phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I wanted to use the S26+ for a month or so to get a good feel for it before I left a review. I have found that although the Samsung hasn't changed much from the previous S24+ it is packed with Galaxy AI features and this is where it becomes somewhat annoying. The AI seems to override settings like the Do Not Disturb feature no matter what settings you have. Sleep schedules- forget that if the AI thinks it's priority, it will send it through. I have found that Galaxy AI seems to want to prioritize/override specific app sounds for notifications also. The battery also doesn't seem to last as long on this phone as the previous generations even though battery capacity hasn't changed. Samsung messaging has disappeared to be replaced by Google messaging which also is more messy and glitchy. Overall the phone is decent but honestly could use some work to make it better for the price point.

Worth the upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just upgraded to the new S26 Plus and I’m honestly impressed. The speed is on another level — everything feels super smooth and fast, whether I’m switching apps, gaming, or just browsing. No lag at all.
The display is absolutely beautiful. Bright, sharp, and vibrant — definitely one of the best screens I’ve used on a phone. Watching videos and scrolling feels premium.
Battery life is also a big improvement. It easily lasts me through the day without worrying about charging, even with heavy use.
Coming from the S22 Plus, I can say it’s definitely worth the upgrade. You really feel the difference in performance, battery, and overall experience.
I’ve always been a Galaxy user, and this just reminds me why I stick with it. Love this phone.
