The pictures come out exactly perfect...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI is a big deal on the device. Love the combination. Also the pictures are perfect. The videos comes out clean... memory is in good standing order. The size of the phone is reasonable n the battery life however needs a bit of improvement. Other than that the phone is great.

Ongoing random restart issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new phone has had issues from the time I received it to the current time. I had 4 different techs troubleshoot with me with no solution ever being reached. I even went so far as to do a factory reset and the issue still continues. I even went sobfar as to delete any apps not necessary. I was disappointed when no other offer for help was given. I have used samsung devices for over 10 years and love my android. I am hopeful that a solution will be offered in an software update soon.

We are retired and enjoying life. We are RVer's and heading Out West for 3 months.
Some apps that I use for travel, would not update because of the age of the phone. I hate changing phones. But, Samsung made it so easy. I had some minor bumps, but what task doesn't.
The only complaint I have, is that I didn't realize I would lose the use of my SD card. I would've of upgraded my storage size.
I am WOW'D by the AI photo help. I can't wait to use it Out WEST.

Best Samsung phone I've ever had

I totally recommend it to anyone who has trouble using phone it helps you and tells you specifically how and what to do. Amazing gadget I definitely 100% recommend it.
