[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S26 is everything plus more than my Galaxy S10, more memory, more power, longer lasting battery, slim design, similar size ( instead of the larger clunky) than the big phones. Fits great in my pocket and not heavy. The buttons for camera, volume etc are all on one side. With the AI capabilities I use often for more detailed searches that verify to be pretty accurate, especially the suggestive nature and feedback of the algorithms. I intend to use this product for a long time since I use it as a tool and not for status.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving my S26+. I am a 8 years Samsung telephone customer. Love the ease of functions and the learning curve. The Samsung AI feature is great to access. There is nothing that any competitor offers, that my phone can't do. Also, the information and support available by Samsung, is easily accessible and a great source for all possible user questions. Thank you Samsung for a great phone.

Small upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The s26 was an upgrade from the s21. So far ive noticed small things like the screen is sharper and clearer. However everything else seems to be negligible. Like its faster for Galaxy AI but my old phone really wasnt slow. Now dont get me wrong i liked my s21 and this is more of the same but now im back under software updates so that's a positive. I only gave it 4 stars because after this many years I expected more.

Reliable and familiar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the S26 easy and familiar to use after upgrading from a older Samsung phone. I personally prefer not using AI on the phone but it is not hard to configure settings to suit my preferences. The performance is fast and responsive while not draining the battery overly quickly. Overall I really like the S26 and don't regret my choice to purchase it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Galaxy phone absolutely unfortunately I am not fond of the cell phone company that I went with to get it. It does everything I need. Work and medication alarms. AI is awesome to get answers from! I love the backgrounds!!!🥰 There are so many backgrounds and themes to choose from. They're some are so cute and beautiful and I can't stop downloading them!!

I like my privacy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like having Galaxy AI answer my calls to ask who is calling and why. I use that feature for all calls from unknown numbers. I just wish the privacy screen was included with the base model like it is for ultra.
