[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy S26 in a rush and on a whim due to needing a replacement immediately. Even though I regret my decision settling for the base S26, I did give it 5 stars because it is what it is as far as how it's advertised. In my experience it does what it says it's capable of. I haven't had any issues so far, and I am completely sold on galaxy devices in general, they are great in my opinion. The Fold and S Pen are what got me into the galaxies but that price.. My last phone being a fold and best phone I ever had, I wanted the new one but I was willing to compromise on the Fold if I could keep the S pen which I thought I had succeeded in doing. However in my rush a lack of research was my down fall because the base s26 isn't s pen compatible and thats really my only complaint with the phone. Although I'd still pick The base s26 over Anything outside of Galaxy. I prefer the ultras but no matter what, I always go with Galaxy even if I have to settle for a base model.

The Galaxy S26: A Phone That Just Gets It Right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really good phone. It feels sturdy, looks sleek, and the screen is bright and clear. It's fast—apps open right away, and the battery easily lasts through a full day of normal use. The camera takes crisp, natural-looking photos even at night. The software is simple to understand and not cluttered. I chose the Galaxy S26 because I wanted a phone that was reliable, easy to use, and could keep up with everything I do, and so far, it has not disappointed me. Overall, I'm very happy with my choice and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great phone.

Worth the wait coming from an S23

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd been needing and wanting to upgrade my S23 for a while, and I'm glad I choose this one. The S26 is sleek, light, and very responsive - everything I open snaps right up with no lag or stutter, and swiping through the interface feels effortless compared to what I was used to.
The design is the first thing you notice. It stays pocketable and comfortable in the hand, but the screen is a bit roomier at 6.3 inches, so I'm not squinting at anything. Video and photos look great on it.
A couple of practical upgrades I appreciate: storage starts at 256GB now, so I'm not managing space the way I had to on my old phone, and the battery is bigger this year too - it comfortably gets me through a full day. Those were big reasons I choose to go with the S26 over waiting another year.
After a three-generation jump, the difference is night and day. It's amazing so far, and if you're sitting on an older Galaxy wondering whether it's time, I choose this one and haven't looked back.
