Too delicate to be such an impressive machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed My Samsung phone since I first received it this past Mother's Day as a Mother's Day gift HOWEVER I am NOT a fan of the screen being so EASILY damaged.
Samsung has ALWAYS been a reputable company/manufacturer of electronics & I'd like to see a bit more emphasis on a phone that is virtually indestructible being as how we are headed into a NEW age & a NEW world where FRAGILITY can get One KILLED- better to err on the side of caution- AGREED?
If I were to consult Galaxy AI (aka GeMiNi) I'd wager to bet that Galaxy AI would be in agreement with My belief that since "We the People" are extremely dependent on Our phones these days it's ONLY right that SOMEBODY come with a phone that We CAN depend on- Your thoughts???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I've had my new Samsung Galaxy S26 for a couple weeks and it is fantastic! I haven't had a brand new phone in at least 4 years. I got a used phone a couple years ago because I didn't want to spend a lot of money. However, it was not going to be supported past July 2026. My husband can attest that I spent hours searching reviews. What made me choose the S26? First, I wanted a smaller footprint. I didn't want to feel like I was hauling around my tablet (smile). Second, the 7 years of system support . Third, 7 years of operating system support. Fourth, the price is well worth it and Lastly, it seems a small thing, but I was able to get my favorite color. We are definitely a Samsung family (TV, tablets and phones).
I am more than happy to always give Samsung a shout out. I love my phone because there is so much to learn!

The device runs smooth as butter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a standard nerd so the hardware matters. That's the biggest draw I had to this phone. My last 3 phones have been pixel devices and they have nothing on this s26. Everything runs without a hitch. I love the customization that Samsung devices offer as well. The camera is also superior because of the optical zoom my other phones lacked and the pro mode ability. The Galaxy AI is also super useful in tweaking photos. It's a great phone in my opinion so far.

It's performance is great and you can tell the difference from my last device s23 ultra. The Galaxy AI is something i don't really use and don't find the need for. I also wish the camera was a little better on the base model, other than that fantastic phone and great performance. Also the from factor and the flat screen is great.

Galaxy S26 For Older Adults

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in the 55 to 70 years old demographic. I purchased my S26 to replace my S21 this spring. As an older adult I wanted a phone that delivered quality call experiences, texting, email, and photography. I am grading my S26 to be a 5 out of 10, not because my phone fails at these applications, but because it does these things in convoluted and complicated ways. Unfortunately, all of the factory installed apps interface with Galaxy AI. I despise AI. If I could delete it from my phone I would. For me, AI only frustrates me and makes using my phone much more complicated than it needs to be. I would encourage Samsung to be more sensitive to older users who aren't as technologically savvy as our children and grandchildren but who want to stay connected with our relations. To me, GalaxyAI does not help.
