Minor Issues at First, Good Phone Overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Galaxy phones for more than 10 years, and my Galaxy S26 from T-Mobile PR has many of the qualities I appreciate about Samsung devices. I really like the comfortable size which makes it practical for everyday use, and the sound quality is clear and powerful. However, during the first few days, I had some issues with important apps like Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 . I’m not sure why this was happening, but it was inconvenient because I use my phone frequently for university assignments and daily tasks in general. The phone also used to get very hot until recently. What I’ve been doing is restarting it once a week and since then, it does not happen as often.
All in all, the phone performs well so I hope the future updates continue to improve the experience. I’m still happy with my purchas, looking forward to enjoying this Galaxy for a long time.

My opinion about my Galaxy S26

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a while, I used another "popular" brand, swayed by comments and reviews. Eventually, I literally got tired of constantly having to grant permissions just to browse or access basic functions. Switching to Samsung—specifically the Galaxy model—immediately relieved me of the frustrations I experienced with the competition. Over time, the improvements to its operating system, apps, and—of course—the camera have made the Samsung Galaxy my favorite phone—not to mention the features offered by Galaxy AI! Wow! I plan to stick with this phone model and brand for years to come.

Great phone. Many options with self-help AI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing I like is the AI help. I like asking questions and listening to the answers. Very helpful and saves time as it's quicker than having to type it in.
The phone had advantages compared to my old one, the S20, but it has been harder for me to learn how to use all it's new advanced technology, as I am very old school.
Highly recommend it. Lots of functionality.

Updated phone discoveries

I use my phone for everything, from banking to this year's tax return, from reading email to news and social media, Google for information, research and shopping, and even finding what kind of tropical fish we bought from a photo. My own hand held computer!

Still the best android phone out there

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a Samsung Galaxy phone for a long time and get every new model. This year, the S26, and it's integration with Gemini is outstanding. I also have a Galaxy watch 8, an A9,+Tablet and Galaxy Buds which all work flawlessly with my S26. Also, the transition from the S25 to S26 was so simple. Everything transferred and I have had no issues. I love Samsung and will continue to purchase Samsung products.
