I only purchased a new phone because I was having issues staying connected with my S22. Turns out it was not the phone, it is ATT's service which has become inconsistent in my area. Perhaps it's time to switch back to Verizon. Anyway, the negatives to the S26 is it is larger than I would like and the camera is not a good as the S22. Otherwise, it is the same so there is not a learning curve.

This phone is amazing! I LOVE IT!! The screen wasnt as big as i thought it was which was perfect. Plenty of storage space and the camera on it is awesome im so glad i got this phone so much better than the S22
Overall slightly better than the S21 FE. Battery seems to last longer, improved clarity visually, phone works about the same as the old one. Do not like that texts can't be partially deleted, only the entire conversation ,unless there is something I don't know about/missing

Howdy EdwardKM, thanks for sharing your candor with us regarding your experience using the Samsung Galaxy S26. The advertised Galaxy S26 is a prominent upgrade over the Galaxy S23 FE, moving from a "budget flagship" to a premium, AI-focused device. Some key upgrades include a much faster Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, 12GB of RAM (up from 8GB), improved 200MP camera sensors, a brighter display, and 7 years of software support. You can partially delete text messages by long-pressing a specific message within a conversation and selecting the trash icon, which allows you to delete individual messages, multiple messages, or the whole conversation. Please feel free to contact Support if you have any questions for us or if you would like any further assistance. Thank you for being a faithful Samsung customer. - Debra
Phone is OK but overall battery life is almost as poor as my s22 at its current age. Also trying to modify notification settings to get all the extra bells and whistles turned off from Google that I'm not interested in is a royal pain.

Hi Jongunz, thank you for your feedback on your Samsung Galaxy S26. We completely understand how frustrating it is when your new device is not aligning to your expectations. The battery of your device is designed to adjust to your consumption habits after a short period of usage, and is helped along by allowing the battery to drain during usage rather than staying connected to power during the day. If this is not your experience we have articles to help you maximize the battery life online titled "Get the most out of your Galaxy phone or tablet battery" and "Apps are draining battery on Galaxy phone or tablet". We also have the complete manual for your device to help you with the different settings options available on your device. Lastly, we have our team of experts available through chat any time you have questions about your phone. Thank you for being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth
The new features are easy to use. Love the security on the S26. Can't wait to try out the camera and settings. S22 was better than the IPhone so I'm sure the S26 will surpass them all.

So much different than my S10e. It is taking me a while to learn how to use it. Don't like the way I have to shut it off. It takes me several tries before the power turns off.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand that transitioning from the Galaxy S10e to the Galaxy S26 is a big change, and we appreciate your patience while you get accustomed to the new layout. We hear your frustration regarding the power-off process. To make turning off your phone much easier, we recommend changing the settings so it works like your old device:
Go to Settings > Advanced features > Side button, and change the "Press and hold" option to "Power off menu." This allows you to shut down the phone by simply holding the side button, instead of pressing multiple keys at once.
If you need help with anything else, you can contact us via phone at 800‑331‑0500, or you can DM us on any of our official social media channels:
