DEFECTIVE PHONE, EXTREMELY SHORT BATTERY LIFE AND PROBLEMS WHEN USING EARPHONES. I used to love my Samsung Note 3 (which worked well for 2 year), but I wasn’t too happy about the gigantic size and after 2 years I decided to switch to the Samsung Galaxy S6. I couldn’t be more unhappy about my decision of not getting an IPhone. Galaxy S6 works poorly since day 1! In less than 2 weeks it was showing functioning problems with the software, extremely short battery life (less than 2h), and every time I would use my earplugs the volume would go up and down like crazy. I had to take back to the store and get it exchanged. I was hoping the problem would end there. Well, it didn’t! In less than 3 months from the date I purchased the phone it stopped working again. This time it wouldn’t even turn on anymore. I was on the airport on my way to business conference out of the country and I was counting on my phone to do all my work. Contact business related people, clients, and colleagues. I don’t have to explain to anyone how important a cell phone is nowadays. I had no way to communicate to my clients, supervisors, family (who were extremely worried about my safety) or to use my GPS to get around the city. No access to working emails, text messages, my personal notes or even information about my hotel and flight reservations. It was a nightmare! I was very frustrated and afraid I would lose my job. After spending almost a week with very little ways to communicate with the world. I got back to New York to hear I had to wait a couple more days to get a refurbished phone! It is not is fare that I paid a lot of money for a brain new phone, and now I get back a refurbished one. My question is: How long this refurbished one is going to last?? Now I am with a phone I hate and I am very upset! I no longer trust on Samsung! And unfortunately I will have to move to another brand I can trust.

Was very disappointed with this product. I switched from an iPhone 5 and was willing to give the Android system a try. The phone kept updating applications and the products on the phone didn't do a good job at keeping the system clean. Was constantly running the anti-virus prgrasm trying to keep my phone bug free.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had an IPhone for 6 years and decided to take the plunge and purchased a galaxy 6. The apps are great the display are fantastic. The browser speed is far superior to the I phone

Galaxy S6 will not give notification if text thread is opened like my Galaxy S4. Annoying when expecting a replay while occupied or driving. One has to constantly look at phone for replies. I miss the feature of having a sound/ vibrate when text received. I want it back! PLEASE!!!
