I came from the 23 Ultra and let me tell you that this is definitely the upgrade that I needed since technology updates all of the time. The call volume is high and very pleasing, no more asking people to repeat themselves. The ringtones are loud and let's you know immediately where your phone is if you're like me and tend to forget.lol. The screen is great and clear and the galaxy ai is wonderful. I don't even need it but I use it just because it's there. I love everything about this phone. Oh, the pictures are BEAUTIFULLY done. I love the camera. It's Samsung!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new S26 Ultra is the amazing upgrade from my S20 Note Ultra. The New Galaxy AI is the most powerful engine available. The phone has so many new features it hard to start to mention. All I have to say is WOW! You need to get one to see for yourself!
