[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek, sexy, responsive! Galaxy AI makes this phone fun. There is so much packed into a tiny product. The transition from my previous Galaxy to the 26 Ultra was the easiest and smoothest to date. I am in awe of the privacy display. I've always used a privacy screen and wished multiple times a day that I could "turn it off." Being able to customize it out of the gate is a huge win. The camera and video capabilities are phenomenal especially if you take the time and look at all the options. Very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy S26 Plus delivers a significant leap in computational power. The display remains sleek, featuring a durable frame and a vibrant Dynamic AMOLED screen. The processing power under the hood is formidable, and the battery longevity is a standout. The camera continues to be impressive and remains a benchmark for mobile phones.

The camera island destroyed this phone
on March 16, 2026

For all the good things this phone has and does, they're all being eclipsed by the huge camera island. I would hope that the design team responsible for this has either been fired or transferred to a toys for kids department. The design of this phone is simply atrocious. Extremely imbalanced when held in hand, with a very noticeable weight around the camera island towards the top of the phone. Laying the phone flat on the camera side? Out of the question. Typing a text or an email, using apps, browsing, etc. while the phone is on a flat surface? No, you can't do that. In short, this is a huge design flaw. You are now forced to lay the phone flat on the screen side, which means you're no longer able to use the screen-face down to silence notifications. And every time you want to use your phone, you have to pick it up. The only way to fix this is to get an extremely thick and heavy case, thick enough to make the camera side lay entirely flat. This is not a solution. For the past years, Samsung seems to be taking one step forward, two steps back. I regret this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best phone I've ever owned. I do everything with it. Not sure how I lived without it.
