Phone is slow it doesn't work with apps I need

Great looking phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went from a note 10 plus to s26U. Out of the box seems luxurious and feels great in the hand. Display is good and privacy screen is a plus. Only complaint is I wish it was a bit smaller.

The Beginning of Innovation

The increased ram, optimized Galaxy AI, and new privacy screen show that Samasung is listening to users and their concerns. Users want the innovative, forward thinking, and consumer focused Samsung of old. In my day-to-day I use my device for watching videos and reading. With the animations and new UI it brings me back to the nostalgic feeling when I got my first Samsung phone. All while having the powerful utility of modelers phones and advanced AI. This is a return to form for Samsung and I'm hopeful a return of innovation for the company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy AI, does help when you need it. It holds a charge better than my old phone ever did. When taking a picture, I can zoom in really close. The video is really cool. The phone is light weight.

I absolutely love mine. Was easy to transfer data from my S21 to the new 26 Ultra. Fast processing. Photos are awesome. The battery is great. I can set charging to 80-85% so it doesn't kill the battery. Clear display.

I like the new s26 ultra a lot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the s26 ultra alot from how it feels in hand and how smooth the software feels and all the cool ai features are pretty cool too. My few nit picks is the camera island is to big and interferes with magsafe accessories and also wish the s26 ultra had internal magsafe magnetics other than that the s26 ultra and UI 8.5 is truly amazing. Really happy with my purchase.
