Great for Keeping in Touch

I bought the Aura frame for my Dad for Father’s Day but, in reality, it was for both of my parents. I added my brother and all the grandkids to the list and we all added pictures to the frame before they received it. When they plugged it in they had a bunch of memories waiting to be viewed and we plan to add more on a regular basis. What a great way to say, “I’m thinking of you.” from anywhere in the world at any time.

The Aura frame arrived in short time and was super easy to set up. I loaded it with about 400 photos, put it back in the box and wrapped it as a gift. We are all enjoying the photos streaming through. Love it!

Ordered a different digital frame previously with great disappointment in the App not working or the frame. Aura was easy, the app is easy to navigate, and I love that you can have multiple frames from one account with Aura. Only complaint is the one time I tried to remotely send photos, the app wouldn't load.

I've purchased this as a gift, so I've not used or seen the frame myself. Overall the recipients seem to like it, but I have a few notes! International purchasing was not straightforward. I almost did not purchase as the recipient's address was too 'rural' and I had to find a work around. I'd like to be able to set access levels for contributors in the app, so that not everyone can view all uploads. This is both an important privacy setting, and sensitive to the well-being of families with complex relationships.
