Wouldn't stay connected to wifi, and then when I reached out for help troubleshooting, I kept getting the same canned suggestions that I'd already tried that hadn't worked.

Negatives: There is no way to arrange pictures and movies to display in the order I want them. On my old frame I renamed the pictures and had them display in name order. This frame does not have that option. Display sometimes cuts off part of a picture. It is not currently possible to send movies to this frame from the web interface. You can through the apple app but I have movies not on my Apple devices.
Positives: Display is clear and I can load a lot of pictures. It will at least handle movies to some degree.
