The product is great, we bought it as a gift for our mom.
After about a year though it stopped working. A completely black screen and we followed the troubleshooting steps but nothing worked. Product should last more than one year for the price point.

Bought for my parents could enjoy their granddaughter. It’s just gone black. Won’t turn on, nothing. Go to your website under troubleshooting and all I get is this sometimes happens. What a crappy experience

We love that our Aura allowed us to get our favorite photos out of our phones/cloud and actually enjoy them on a daily basis. It seems though that when set in random mode some photos never seem to show up. Otherwise, a lot of fun!

Parents and Grandparents Love It!

It was an amazing experience we bought one for our grandparents as an easy way to send pics and stay connected. They get so excited when we upload new pictures and videos. It was such a hit we've already purchased two more, one for mine and my partner's parents. The app makes it so easy to quickly share photos with everyone! Can't say enough good things about this product.
