It's a hit with the family and is pretty easy to use. Just had to get used to the tapping the top of it to get info/"play" videos etc. Very short learning curve. It's picking up from an already established shared iPhotos album, so not everything appears in frame yet, but so far every day we're seeing more and more of the album appear. So no complaints!

I have now purchased four of these frames for family members, and I’m very aware of more frames purchased for other family members! Besides the beautiful pictures, I really have to emphasize how fabulous the app is. It’s so easy to set up, everyone who contributes to the frame can see the other photos contributed via the app, and multiple family members can participate and contribute.
Another great thing about the app is being able to share the same photo to multiple frames at a time. This is perfect when you’re sending a photo of one beautiful child to multiple sets of grandparents.
Because of the unlimited storage, photos can be turned on and off without having to be removed from the frame. It’s so easy to manage.
My only request would be to facilitate labeling of a photo in the app. With photos of grandchildren and great grandchildren, it would be very helpful to be able to put the name and age on the picture. Same thing with travel pictures, to be able to label them with location and date.
