Aura is great - seamless experience getting the latest and greatest family photos into grandparents homes - even though they are miles away. We have a lot of grandparents in this family and they love them...

The Aura Digital Frame is easy to use and attractive. It’s great to SEE family photos in the living room thanks to Aura. We are so glad to have this frame set up and to be enjoying our photos on display. Outstanding product.

Wrong gift card!!!

We sent the frame as a gift to Grandma for her birthday and Aura included the wrong gift card so she had no idea who it is from! The card said, "Thank you for all the lunches! Love, Liz" The frame itself works fine but I'm obviously disappointed with how the order was executed. As I write this it just occurred to me that maybe she received the wrong frame. Now I'll need to check. Ugh!

Our son purchased Aura for us years ago. It wasn’t working, so we purchased a new one. I was told that you would transfer all my photos to the new Aura I purchased, and that wasn’t done.
Would you please transfer all my photos to my new Aura! Thank you@

I absolutely love my Aura frame. My sister loves hers. My aunt loves hers. My sister and I sent our Mom a frame for Mother’s Day, and it shipped so quickly that she already has it up and running. My favorite part was that we could invite people to her frame and pre-load it with pictures while it was in transit. By the time she entered her gift code after setting it up it already had tons of amazing photos, and we were even able to create a Happy Mother’s Day message that was the first thing to come on the screen after she got connected.

Great experience ordering, no issues and it came fast. The picture quality is good. This is easy to set up and easy to upload pics to the frame via the app! Love this product! It is a Fathers Day gift- we live in many different states and this a great way to keep in touch.
