Impressed with the Quality and Thoughtfulness

I’m impressed with the quality and thought that went into this product. The packaging is beautiful (felt like I was opening a Tiffany’s box), the display is bright and crisp, it automatically pairs 2 portrait photos to display in the landscape display, and even the power cord is high quality. I bought it as a gift and especially liked that I was able to add pictures without having to fully set it up.

Setup was easy, the frame worked well as expected. However discovered after the fact that the frame took all of the internet, so no other devices will work while the frame is on. This is a rural area, and good internet service is hard to come by, so unless we can come up with better internet service, we will have to return the frame. Disappointing, because the frame works well apart from this issue. Also, phone support would be helpful to discuss complicated issues such as thus because some things are hard to discuss via email. I would recommend this product to anyone who has reliable internet, but not if your internet is questionable.

This was the PERFECT Mother’s Day gift for my mother! I set it up for her - it was a little more difficult that I expected to set up but not too bad! Perfect if you had family further away!

We got this as a Mother’s Day gift and it was a hit! I live several hours from my Mom so it was awesome to be able to load it up for her in advance and she could see the pics we loaded the moment she opened it up. It looks great too! Now I want one for myself!

This is one of the best gifts that I have ever received from my husband!! The frame is of very high quality material. It was easy to setup. Now I have all of my pet pictures there to enjoy everyday. My Aura was delivered quickly...no long wait. Everyone should own one!!!
