Great product … but…

Overall the gift for grandma is great… flowing pictures providing memories and good vibes. The grandkids are all adding to it as well. The problem was getting the frame to connect to her WiFi. While other smart products connect throughout the house the frame needed to be in the room with the router (and I tried 3 other places first).

Best Digital Frame Around- Better than Nixplay

Everything about my experience with Aura has been flawless. Ordering was easy, communication is great and the picture frame is even better than I expected. The picture is crisp and clear and the frame itself is sturdy and beautiful. I love that I can see when my parents like a photo in real time, as it sends a notification on my phone. It has helped me feel connected to family from far away. I couldn't ask for anything better. By the way, it is much better than the Nixplay. Nixplay's app is very confusing and hard to use. My experience with Aura was leaps and bounds better than my experience with Nixplay. Thanks!

Very easy to invite others to submit pics for my mom’s frame and she doesn’t have to do anything by herself to view them (once someone set it up for her). She spent hours watching all the grandkids and great grandkids photos.

I loved our Aura frame, so we just purchased one for my mom. It’s just a few clicks and we send pictures from our phones to her frame.
