We started with one frame for my elderly parents. It was very easy to set up. We sent requests to family members to upload photos and everyone responded enthusiastically. We digitized old family photos from my parents childhood and our childhood. Now, we have a rich collection of photos all in one place. We've ordered three more frames since then, so that all the siblings have one in their home. It is very easy to upload photos in the app, so we all add photos all the time. It is a wonderful record of what everyone is up to. My mother, who is 87 and can't always get to family events, watches it like a tv. It really is a great gift.
I like the frame and it was fairly easy to set up; however, I can’t get the tool bar to work and customer service doesn’t respond to my emails for help. I don’t know how to turn the frame off except by unplugging it.
Our family lives in different cities and we’ve used Aura to share photos of trips we’ve taken together and other experiences. It seems I see more photos this way than I do having everyone individually send pictures.
I purchased the Aura frame as a gift for my daughter who just lost her cat of 18 years. What a great way to relive all the great memories she has had with him.
We now have punched 4 of you frames with more to follow. My only issue is your site and password mechanics. My computer does not accept my phone password. Further, when I attempted to change my password, I ended up in a circular error. As of now, I can not sign on to anything. Thanks, Wally
