We love our frame. We get to see current pictures of our kids and grandkids, on a regular basis. We all stop and watch the frame for new pictures and our older favorites.

Customer service is amazing at Aura. I was in need of a new frame and they helped me move over my old photos to my new frame. I love the quality, being able to add photos quickly from my phone and the display. Great quality, color and the pictures are sharp.

I love my Aura picture frames (I have 3!) so much I have gotten them for family members and friends as very special gifts! Recipients say they’ve never gotten a gift they’ve loved more!
Not only is the product wonderful and so easy to use, but the customer support is unparalleled, especially for a tech device where there’s usually no live person to respond or talk to. When I had a snag with one of my frames not shuffling my 5,000 pictures correctly, Adam in customer service was so helpful and resolved my problem with ease!

It is so fun to have the Aura frame sitting in our open family space. My kids and husband rarely get to see all the photos I have accumulated over the years, so it’s a treat for them, and wonderful memories for me. Plus, they can add to the circulating photos as well. Very easy to use with my Apple laptop.
