Our problems were resolved, however we would have liked to speak in person to someone for a faster resolution. Sending emails was very cumbersome and took more time than necessary.

This product is really great! No more keeping up with social media feeds, friends and family push images straight onto my frame and it's a pleasant surprise when new images show up. I'm totally digging it! Highly recommend!

We had a problem with our frame, but customer service was very good and helped us replace our frame since it could not be fixed. They were able to transfer all of the pictures and contacts from the old to the new. Love the new one! Thank you!

Fantastic! Received as a Mother’s Day gift and nothing makes me happier than when a new photo pops up! Just bought one for my dad’s 90th and have loved watching so many family members load on photos for him
