This is really one of the best things any person can own. There's nothing like walking past this frame, and seeing a small memory that brings a lot of happiness. It makes me truly feel closer to all the people I care about and love in the world. It's wonderful to have them send me little snapshots of their own lives so that I can feel like I'm with them even though I'm far away. One of the best gifts I've ever received in my life.

Good Customer Service

This is a review of my customer service experience, not the frame itself. It was overall a positive experience, but there is a good news/bad news element. First the bad. My original Aura frame from about 5 years ago just stopped working. That's not a long time for modern electronics. But I guess Aura acknowledges that to some degree and they make it easy to buy a replacement. Reminds me of how Keurig would do the same with their coffee makers back in the day.
I emailed customer support and described the symptoms (it wouldn't turn on) and the troubleshooting I had already done. They informed me that it's out of warranty so I'd have to pay for the repair. Or I could get 40% off a new one. I chose option B of course. When the frame arrived I email support with the serial number and they moved all my pics from the old frame to the new.
I was happy with the fast responses throughout the process and the professionalism of the service rep.

It has been a lot of fun and enjoyment. Bought two more for long distance family. The delivery of the pictures is quick. The pictures look sharp and all my frie ds love watching the pictures.
